The purpose of the present invention is to provide a tile joint cutting grooving device capable of cutting a plaster part located on a joint between titles to form a V-groove by enabling a cutting blade to scrape the plaster part while rotating when a tile joint is maintained or constructed by coating the tile joint with a silicon material having a color. According to the present invention, the tile joint cutting grooving device includes: a body part moved in close contact with a tile joint; a cutting part including a cutting blade rotatably installed in the body part to protrude downwards, and cutting the tile joint with the rotation of the cutting blade to form a V-groove of a predetermined depth on the tile joint; a driving part providing a driving force to rotate the cutting blade of the cutting part; a height control part controlling the height of the cutting blade rotated by the driving part; and a dust collection part installed behind the body part, and collecting dust occurring while the cutting work for cutting the V-groove on the tile joint with the cutting blade is performed.
본 발명의 목적은 타일 줄눈에 색상을 갖는 실리콘 재질로 코팅하여 타일 줄눈을 시공하고나 혹은 타일 줄눈을 보수할 때, 커팅날이 회전되면서 타일 사이의 줄눈에 위치한 석고 부위를 파내어 'V'홈을 형성하도록 커팅할 수 있는 타일 줄눈 커팅홈파기 장치를 제공한다. 이러한 본 발명은, 타일 줄눈에 밀착하여 이동시킬 수 있는 본체부; 상기 본체부의 내부에 하부로 돌출되도록 커팅날이 회전 가능하게 설치되며, 상기 커팅날의 회전에 의해 타일 줄눈에 소정 깊이의 'V'홈을 형성하도록 커팅하는 커팅부; 상기 커팅부의 커팅날을 회전시킬 수 있는 동력을 제공하는 구동부; 상기 구동부에 의해 회전하는 커팅날의 높낮이를 조절할 수 있는 높낮이조절부; 및 상기 본체부의 후방에 설치되며, 상기 커팅날에 의해 타일 줄눈에 'V'홈을 커팅하는 커팅작업과 동시에 발생하는 분진을 집진하는 집진부;를 포함한다.
