TILE JOINT CUTTING DEVICE FOR TILE PEELING DEVICE
To provide a tile joint cutting device allowing anyone to easily form a cutting groove to mortar or the like along tile joints, without breaking tiles by contact of a rotary cutter.SOLUTION: A tile joint cutting device 1 for a tile peeling device for cutting, along tile joints M1, grooves M2 for inserting a pair of plates 22, 23 of a tile peeling device 10 peeling tiles with the plates 22, 23 by prizing, while gripping end faces of a tile T, has an electrically-driven cutter body 2 having a rotary spindle 2a, a rotary cutter 2b such as a diamond cutter, attached to the spindle 2a of the electrically-driven cutter body 2, and a cover 3 covering the rotary cutter 2b. In the cover 3, a pair of projection pieces 41 projected in the axial direction of the spindle 2a are fixed to the front and rear end parts along the rotary cutter 2b. A ruler 5 of an inverted trapezoidal shape in a cross section inserted into the tile joint M1 is bridged over the pair of front and rear projection pieces 41 to be fixed and supported.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】回転刃が接触してタイルを破損することなく誰でも簡単にタイル目地に沿ってモルタル等に切削溝を形成することができるタイル目地切削装置を提供する。【解決手段】一対のプレート２２，２３でタイルＴの端面同士を把持したままこじって引き剥がすタイル剥離装置１０のプレート２２，２３を差し込むための溝Ｍ２をタイル目地Ｍ１に沿って切削するタイル剥離装置用タイル目地切削装置１において、回転するスピンドル２ａを有する電動カッター本体２と、この電動カッター本体２のスピンドル２ａに装着されたダイヤモンドカッターなどの回転刃２ｂと、この回転刃２ｂを覆うカバー３と、を備え、カバー３に、回転刃２ｂに沿った前後方向の端部にスピンドル２ａの軸方向に突出した突出片４１を前後一対固着し、これらの前後一対の突出片４１に、タイル目地Ｍ１に嵌まり込む断面逆台形状の定規５を架け渡して固定支持する。【選択図】図１
