MONITORING SYSTEM OF BLOCKING APPARATUS FOR STREAM ENTRY ROUTE
The present invention relates to a system for monitoring a river accessway blocking device, which is installed on a plurality of accessways such as a riverside for safe control and management according to site situations, monitors automatic opening and closing states of the accessways in real time without the need for on-site operation personnel and thus, quickly responds and improves operational efficiency through remote control if necessary. According to the present invention, the system for monitoring a river accessway blocking device comprises: automatic blocking gate devices installed in a plurality of places on accessways to a river to automatically open and block the accessways according to the amount of rainfall and a water level of the river; a water level detecting device installed at a relatively lower level of the ground than the automatic blocking gate devices to detect a water level of the river; and a remote central management server configured to control the opening and closing of the automatic blocking gate devices based on information received from the automatic blocking gate devices and the water level detecting device in communication with the automatic blocking gate devices and the water level detecting device.
본 발명은 하천변 등 복수의 진입로에 설치되어 현장 상황에 맞게 안전하게 통제 관리하고, 현장 운영 인력의 출동 없이도 진입로의 자동 개폐 상황을 실시간 감시할 수 있으며, 필요 시 원격 제어를 통한 운용으로 신속한 대응과 운용 효율성을 향상시킬 수 있는 하천진입로 차단장치 모니터링 시스템에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 하천변 진입로에 설치되어 강우량 및 하천 수위에 따라 진입로를 자동으로 개폐하도록 복수의 개소에 구성되는 자동 차단 게이트 장치; 상기 자동 차단 게이트 장치보다 상대적으로 저지대에 설치되어 하천 수위를 검출하는 수위 검출 장치; 및 상기 자동 차단 게이트 장치 및 수위 검출 장치와 통신하여 상기 자동 차단 게이트 장치와 수위 검출 장치로부터 수신된 정보에 기반하여 상기 자동 차단 게이트 장치의 개폐를 제어하도록 구성되는 원격지 중앙 관리 서버;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하천진입로 차단장치 모니터링 시스템이 제공된다.
