External panel mounting structure
The present invention relates to an installation structure for an external panel. The installation structure for an external panel enables a user to easily install an external panel using an elastic clip and also enables an unskilled person to easily install the external panel by removing a piece coupling process. The installation structure for an external panel provides excellent workability by removing a space formed between the external panels and excluding the use of silicon. Also, the installation structure for an external panel can largely reduce construction periods and construction costs. The installation structure for an external panel includes: a frame fixed to an outer wall; multiple elastic clips fixed to the frame at fixed intervals; and an insertion unit of the external panel connected to and engaged with the elastic clip. The elastic clips (15, 16) include: horizontal units (23, 24) and vertical units (25, 26), which are formed in an L-shape and fixed to a front side (4a) and lateral sides (4b, 4c) of the frame (4); horizontal extension units (27, 28) extended in an orthogonal direction of the vertical units (25, 26); inclined elastic support units (29, 30) bent to the inner side at an end of the horizontal extension units (27, 28); and a connection unit (31) formed between the inclined elastic support units (29, 30). The external panels (19, 20) include: bending units (39, 40) formed in an edge at a right angle; reinforcing units (41, 42) bent to the inner side of the bending units (39, 40); and curved insertion units (43, 44) formed at a front end of the reinforcing units (41, 42) and the bending units (39, 40).
본 발명은 탄성 클립을 이용하여 외장패널을 간편하게 설치할 수 있도록 함으로써 피스 체결공정이 삭제되어 비숙련공도 쉽게 설치할 수 있도록 하고, 외장패널 사이에 형성되는 공간을 없애 실리콘 사용을 배제시킴으로써 작업성이 우수할 뿐 아니라, 공사기간이 대폭 단축되고 비용 또한 대폭 절감되는 외장패널 설치구조에 관한 것으로, 외벽에 고정되는 프레임과, 프레임에 소정 간격으로 고정되는 복수의 탄성 클립과, 탄성 클립에 결합 걸림되는 외장패널의 삽입부를 포함하고, 상기 탄성 클립(15)(16)은 프레임(4)의 전면부(4a)와 측면부(4b)(4c)에 고정되는 "ㄱ" 형상의 수평부(23)(24) 및 수직부(25)(26)와, 수직부(25)(26)의 직각 방향으로 연장되는 수평연장부(27)(28)와, 수평연장부(27)(28)의 끝단부에서 내향 절곡되는 경사탄지부(29)(30)와, 경사탄지부(29)(30) 사이에 형성되는 결합부(31)를 포함한다. 상기 외장패널(19)(20)은 가장자리 부분에 직각으로 형성되는 절곡부(39)(40)와, 절곡부(39)(40)의 내측 방향으로 절곡되는 보강부(41)(42)와, 절곡부(39)(40)와 보강부(41)(42)의 선단에 형성되는 만곡형 삽입부(43)(44)를 포함한다.

The present invention relates to an installation structure for an external panel. The installation structure for an external panel enables a user to easily install an external panel using an elastic clip and also enables an unskilled person to easily install the external panel by removing a piece coupling process. The installation structure for an external panel provides excellent workability by removing a space formed between the external panels and excluding the use of silicon. Also, the installation structure for an external panel can largely reduce construction periods and construction costs.
