The present invention relates to an external panel mounting structure comprising: a clip fixing rail installed on the structure of a building; and fixing clips installed on the clip fixing rail to fix exterior panels. The clip fixing rail includes: a vertical piece coupled to a bracket installed on the structure of the building; a pair of clip seating pieces bent in both directions from the vertical piece, and symmetrically formed to have a T shape; and side fixing means preventing the fixing clips from protruding and being deformed. The fixing clips include: an installation piece coming in close contact with the clip seating piece; a support piece protruding vertically from the center of the installation piece in a horizontal direction; an upper fixing piece protruding vertically upward from an end of the support piece to form a lower fitting groove together with the installation piece and the support piece; a lower fixing piece protruding vertically downward from the end of the support piece to form an upper fitting groove together with the installation piece and the support piece; and an anti-falling portion protruding inward from the lower fixing piece. Both ends of the clip seating piece have end pieces provided thereon. Therefore, the external panel mounting structure can achieve the precision of construction thereof.
본 발명은 건축물의 구조체에 설치되는 클립고정레일과, 상기 클립고정레일에 설치되어 외장패널을 고정시키는 고정클립으로 이루어지는 것으로서, 상기 클립고정레일은 건축물의 구조체에 설치된 브라켓에 결합되는 수직편과, 상기 수직편으로부터 양 방향으로 절곡되어 JPEGpat00007.jpg66형상을 갖도록 대칭으로 형성되는 한 쌍의 클립안착편 및, 고정클립이 돌출 변형되는 것을 방지하는 측부고정수단으로 이루어지고, 상기 고정클립은 클립안착편에 밀착되는 설치편과, 상기 설치편의 중앙에서 수평방향으로 수직 돌출된 지지편과, 상기 지지편의 단부에서 상향으로 수직 돌출되어 상기 설치편 및 지지편과 함께 하단끼움홈을 형성하는 상부고정편과, 상기 지지편의 단부에서 하향으로 수직 돌출되어 설치편 및 지지편과 함께 상단끼움홈을 형성하는 하부고정편 및, 상기 하부고정편에서 내측으로 돌출된 탈락방지부로 이루어지며, 상기 클립안착편의 양 단부에는 마구리편이 구비되어 있는 것을 특징으로 한다.
The present invention relates to an external panel mounting structure comprising: a clip fixing rail installed on the structure of a building; and fixing clips installed on the clip fixing rail to fix exterior panels. The clip fixing rail includes: a vertical piece coupled to a bracket installed on the structure of the building; a pair of clip seating pieces bent in both directions from the vertical piece, and symmetrically formed to have a T shape; and side fixing means preventing the fixing clips from protruding and being deformed. The fixing clips include: an installation piece coming in close contact with the clip seating piece; a support piece protruding vertically from the center of the installation piece in a horizontal direction; an upper fixing piece protruding vertically upward from an end of the support piece to form a lower fitting groove together with the installation piece and the support piece; a lower fixing piece protruding vertically downward from the end of the support piece to form an upper fitting groove together with the installation piece and the support piece; and an anti-falling portion protruding inward from the lower fixing piece.
