Apparatus for Repairing Ball Ground Installed Artificial Turf
The present invention relates to an apparatus for repairing ball ground with artificial turf, which can separate soil or foreign substances which have penetrated into the artificial turf installed on a floor surface such as a baseball ground with a border from the soil ground, and have been hardened, or can tamp the soil ground. According to the present invention, the apparatus for repairing ball ground with artificial turf comprises: a post (10) of a certain length including a handle (11) formed on an upper part thereof to prevent slipping, and a coupling groove (12) with a screw thread formed inside a lower part thereof; a flat-panel-shaped engagement plate (20) fixed on and coupled to a lower end of the post (10) and having a penetrating hole formed on the part corresponding to the coupling groove (12); and a work plate (30) having a coupling bump (31), which has a screw thread formed on an outer circumferential edge thereof, protruding in the center of the surface, and coupled by a screw with a lower side of the coupling plate (20). The coupling bump (31) of the work plate (30) is coupled by a screw with the coupling groove (12) through the penetrating hole of the coupling plate (20). The apparatus for repairing ball ground with artificial turf provides the work plate capable of tamping the soil ground with artificial turf or separating the hardened foreign substances, which have penetrated into the artificial turf, to be selectively coupled with the coupling plate by a screw or magnetic force of an electromagnet; minimizes the damage to the artificial turf while separating the hardened foreign substances from the artificial turf; allows workers to perform repair of the ball ground with artificial turf by using the lighting installed on the repair apparatus even when it is dark or at night; and reduces the work hours and labor force required for the repair of the ball ground with artificial turf.
본 발명은 야구장 등과 같이 바닥면에 흙바닥과 경계를 가지고 설치된 인조 잔디 위에 흙이나 이물질이 침범하여 경화된 것을 분리하거나 흙바닥을 다지는 보수장치에 관한 것으로, 상부에 미끄럼방지용 손잡이(11)가 구비되고, 하부 내측에 나사산이 형성된 결합홈(12)을 갖는 일정 길이의 포스트(10); 상기 포스트(10) 하단에 고정 결합되고, 상기 결합홈(12)과 일치하는 부분에 통공이 형성된 평판 형상의 결합판(20); 외주연에 나사산이 형성된 결합돌기(31)가 표면 중심에 돌출 형성되고, 상기 결합판(20) 아래에 나사 결합되는 작업판(30)을 포함하고, 상기 작업판(30)의 결합돌기(31)가 결합판(20)의 통공을 통해 결합홈(12)에 나사 결합되는 것이다. 본 발명은 인조 잔디가 설치된 흙바닥을 다지거나 또는 인조 잔디 위를 침범하여 경화된 이물질을 분리할 수 있는 작업판을 결합판에 나사 결합이나 전자석에 의한 자기력으로 선택적인 결합이 가능하고, 인조 잔디 위에 경화된 이물질 분리하는 동안 인조 잔디의 손상을 최소화하며, 보수장치에 설치된 조명으로 주변이 어둡거나 야간에도 인조 잔디 구장의 보수작업이 가능하고, 인조 잔디 구장의 보수에 따른 작업시간과 인력을 절감할 수 있도록 한 것이다.
