ARTIFICIAL TURF FOR PROTECTING NATURAL TURF IN GROUND USED BALL GAME
The present invention provides artificial turf for protecting natural turf in a ball game ground, which comprises: (i) artificial turf foam (10) forming a space unit for vegetation of the natural turf (30) as braids (11) arranged at regular intervals in a length direction cross connection units (12) arranged at regular intervals in a width direction; and (ii) synthetic fiber pile yarns (20) formed at only cross points between the braids (13) and the connection units (12) among the artificial turf foam (10), wherein gaps between the cross points of the braids (13) and insertion yarns (14) adjacent to each other in the width direction and in the length direction are 10-25 mm, length of the synthetic fiber pile yarns (20) is 30-70 mm, and total fineness of the synthetic fiber pile yarns is 7,800-12,000 denier. The present invention provides a paved ball game ground, which can maintain area ratio of the synthetic fiber pile yarns with respect to total area of the natural turf and the synthetic fiber pile yarns of the artificial turf to be 2-5% to keep regular rolling properties and bounce of a ball during a game, can effectively prevent the crown of the natural turf due to spikes of sneakers from being damaged or roots of the natural turf from being pulled since the synthetic fiber pile yarns (20) have length and fineness appropriate for protection of the artificial turf, and can promote vegetation of the natural turf by being provided with the space unit for vegetation of the natural turf (30). Accordingly, the present invention is usable as the artificial turf for protecting the natural turf in the ball game ground, particularly a soccer game ground.
본 발명에 따른 구기 운동장내 천연잔디 보호용 인조잔디는 (ⅰ) 길이방향을 따라 일정간격으로 배열된 브레이드(11)들과 폭방향 따라 일정간격으로 배열된 연결부(12)들이 서로 교차하면서 천연잔디 식생용 공간부(30)을 형성하는 인조잔디 기포(10)와 (ⅱ) 상기 인조잔디 기포(10)중 브레이드(13)와 연결부(12)의 교차점에만 형성된 합성섬유 파일사(20)로 구성되며, 폭방향 및 길이방향 서로 인접하는 브레이드(13)와 삽입사(14)의 교차점들 간의 간격이 각각 10~25㎜이고, 상기 합성섬유 파일사(20)의 길이는 30~70㎜이고, 상기 합성섬유 파일사(20)들은 총섬도가 7,800~12,000데니어인 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명이 포설된 구기 운동장은 천연잔디와 인조잔디의 합성섬유 파일사 전체면적 대비 합성섬유 파일사의 면적 비율을 2~5%로 유지할 수 있어서 운동경기시 공의 규칙적인 구름성과 바운스(Bounce)를 유지할 수 있고, 합성섬유 파일사(20)들이 천연잔디 보호에 적절한 길이 및 섬도를 구비하기 때문에 운동화 스파이크에 의해 천연잔디의 생장점(Crown)이 손상되거나 천연잔디가 뿌리까지 뽑혀나가는 것을 효과적으로 방지할 수 있고, 천연잔디 식생용 공간부(30)를 구비하여 천연잔디 식생도 촉진할 수 있다. 그로 인해 본 발명은 구기종목 운동장, 특히 축구 운동장내 천연잔디 보호용 인조잔디로 유용하다.
