Waterproofing Method to Increase Waterproofing Performance and Watertightness of Waterproof Sheets
According to the present invention, a waterproofing method of increasing waterproof properties and watertightness of a waterproof sheet includes: a first step of allowing a perforation area to subside at a circumferential portion of an inlet side of a drain; a second step of installing a waterproof structure with the waterproof properties at the perforation area; a third step of installing a waterproof pipe on the drain; and a fourth step of forming the waterproof sheet on a surface of a building into which the drain penetrates. According to the present invention, the waterproof structure, the waterproof pipe, and the waterproof sheet are installed around the drain after the perforation area subsides at the circumferential portion of the inlet side of the drain. Therefore, the building with the drain can be effectively waterproofed so that watertightness can be maximized.
본 발명에 따른 방수시트의 방수성능과 수밀성을 높이는 방수 공법은 드레인의 입구 측 둘레부위에 타공 영역을 함입 형성하는 제 1 단계; 상기 타공 영역에 방수 성능을 구비한 방수 구조물을 설치하는 제 2 단계; 상기 드레인에 방수관을 설치하는 제 3 단계; 상기 드레인이 관통된 건축물의 표면에 방수 시트를 형성하는 제 4 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 따르면 드레인의 입구 측 둘레 부위에 타공 영역을 함입 형성한 후 주변에 방수 구조물, 방수관, 방수 시트를 설치함으로써 드레인이 형성된 건축물을 효과적으로 방수 처리하여 수밀성을 극대화할 수 있다.
