AN INSULATION PANEL INTEGRATED WITH STEEL WIRE NET AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF THEREOF
The present invention relates to an insulation panel integrated with a reinforced steel wire mesh and a manufacturing method thereof, which can simplify an assembly operation in a construction site, thereby reducing a construction period and a construction cost. The insulation panel integrated with the reinforced steel wire mesh of the present invention includes: a panel main body; furrow parts formed at one side surface of the panel main body and the other side surface which is an opposite side of the one side surface; a plurality of pins coupled to the panel main body and protruding from the one side surface and the other side surface; and mesh-shaped wire mesh parts respectively coupled to the pins at the one side surface and the other side surface.
본 발명은 공사 현장에서의 조립 작업을 간소화할 수 있어 공사기간과 공사비용을 줄일 수 있는 철근망 일체화 단열용 패널, 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 구체적으로, 본 발명은, 패널 본체, 상기 패널 본체의 일측면과, 상기 일측면의 맞은 편인 타측면에 형성되는 고랑부, 상기 패널 본체에 결합되고, 상기 일측면과 상기 타측면으로 돌출되는 복수의 핀, 및 상기 일측면과 상기 타측면에서 상기 핀에 각각 결합되는 그물 형상의 와이어 메쉬부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 철근망 일체화 단열용 패널에 관한 것이다.
