FOOD WASTE MICROBIAL DECOMPOSION APPARATUS FOR KITCHEN SINK
씽크대 부착형 음식물쓰레기 처리장치에 관한 것으로, 씽크대의 배수구에 설치되는 투입가이드; 투입가이드와 침전조의 사이에 설치되어 침전조의 상부를 밀폐하고, 투입가이드의 내부로 투입된 음식물쓰레기를 교반조로 유도하는 유도가이드; 유도가이드의 하부에 설치되고, 내부 하단에 배출홈 및 배출구가 마련되는 침전조; 침전조의 내부에 설치되고, 내부에 바이오볼이 충전되고, 외주면과 하단면에 다수의 배출구멍이 형성된 교반조; 침전조의 하단에 설치되고, 교반조의 내부에 설치되는 교반날개를 회전구동하는 교반모터; 교반조의 내부로 돌출되는 교반모터축에 설치되고, 교반조의 내부로 투입된 음식물쓰레기와 바이오볼을 교반하여 음식물쓰레기의 미생물발효 및 분해를 촉진시키는 교반날개;를 포함하는 기술 구성을 통하여 비교적 적은 수의 구성부품으로 간편하게 제작할 수 있게 되고, 교반날개와 연동하는 스퀴즈날개 및 급수유니트 등을 통해 보다 안정적으로 음식물쓰레기를 처리할 수 있게 되는 것이다.
The present invention relates to a sink attachment type of food waste disposal apparatus comprising: an insertion guide installed in the drain of a sink; a guide installed between the insertion guide and a sedimentation bath to seal an upper portion of the sedimentation bath and guide food wastes, introduced into the insertion guide, toward a stirring bath; the sedimentation bath installed on a lower portion of the guide and having a discharge groove and an outlet provided in a lower end of the inside thereof; the stirring bath installed into the sedimentation bath, charged with bio-balls, and having a plurality of discharge holes formed in the outer circumferential surface and a lower end surface thereof; a stirring motor installed on a lower end of the sedimentation bath and rotationally driving a stirring blade installed into the stirring bath; and the stirring blade installed on a stirring motor shaft protruding into the stirring bath, and stirring food wastes and the bio-balls inserted into the stirring bath to promote fermentation and decomposition by microorganisms in food wastes. Therefore, the food waste disposal apparatus can be easily manufactured with a relatively small number of components and can more stably dispose of food wastes through a water supply unit and a squeeze blade linked with the stirring blade.
