FOOD WASTE TREATMENT APPARATUS FOR KITCHEN SINK
Disclosed is a food waste treatment device for a kitchen sink. The food waste treatment device for a kitchen sink, which is a device installed and connected to a drainage line side of a sink bowl of a kitchen sink to treat residual food waste such as food scraps and leftovers, comprises: a main body of the treatment device including an inner space, and an inlet and an outlet corresponding to the inner space side; a crushing part arranged in the state of connecting the inlet side of the main body of the treatment device and the drainage hole of the sink bowl and crushing residual food waste into a state appropriate for microbial fermentation decomposition treatment; a decomposition treatment part including a treatment space formed inside the main body of the treatment device and formed to allow the residual food waste to be microbially decomposed and fermented by a decomposition treatment agent in the treatment space; a conversion supply part including a converter for converting and guiding the falling direction of the residual food waste falling from the crushing part side in a crushed state and supplying the same to the decomposition treatment part; and a churning part including a churning shaft arranged inside the decomposition treatment part to churn the residual food waste and the decomposition treatment agent into a state appropriate for microbial fermentation decomposition treatment.
주방 씽크대용 음식물 처리장치를 개시한다. 이러한 주방 씽크대용 음식물 처리장치는, 주방 씽크대의 씽크 보울(SINK BOWL)의 배수라인 측에 연결 설치되어 음식 찌꺼기나 잔반과 같은 잔여 음식물 쓰레기를 처리하기 위한 장치로서, 내부공간 및 이 내부공간 측과 대응하는 유입구와 배출구를 구비한 처리기 본체와, 상기 처리기 본체의 유입구 측과 상기 씽크 보울의 배수구 사이를 연결하는 상태로 배치되며 잔여 음식물 쓰레기를 미생물 발효 분해 처리와 부합하는 상태로 파쇄하기 위한 파쇄부와, 상기 처리기 본체의 내측에 형성되는 처리공간을 구비하고 이 처리공간 측에서 잔여 음식물 쓰레기가 분해 처리재에 의해 미생물 발효 분해 처리되도록 형성되는 분해 처리부와, 상기 파쇄부 측에서 파쇄 상태로 낙하되는 잔여 음식물 쓰레기의 낙하 방향을 전환 유도하여 상기 분해 처리부 측에 공급되도록 하는 전환구를 구비한 전환 공급부, 그리고 상기 분해 처리부 내측에 배치되어 미생물 발효 분해 처리와 부합하는 상태로 잔여 음식물 쓰레기 및 분해 처리재를 교반하기 위한 교반축을 구비한 교반부를 포함한다.
