The present invention relates to wood soundproof panels having improved structures and a soundproof panel assembly with wood panels having improved structures, in which the wood panels are arranged to be vertically spaced apart from each other so that an inflow path of noises is provided at a front surface and both left and right end portions of the wood panels are fixed to a back surface panel by an end cover, thereby improving a beauty function, improving soundproof properties, easily draining moisture introduced thereinto to the outside to maintain performance of sound absorbing materials, and preventing odors from being generated.
본 발명은 전면에 소음의 유입경로가 마련되도록 목재패널을 상,하로 서로 이격되게 배치시키고 목재패널의 좌,우 양측단 부위를 엔드커버로 후면패널에 고정시킴으로써, 미적 기능을 향상시키면서 방음성을 향상시킬 수 있으며, 내부로 유입되는 수분을 외부로 용이하게 배수시켜 흡음재의 성능을 유지시키고 악취 발생을 예방할 수 있도록 그 구조가 개선된 목재 방음패널 그 구조가 개선된 목재패널을 구비하는 방음패널 조립체에 관한 것이다.
