도로변이나 주택이 밀집한 장소에 설치되어 외부로부터 전달되는 소음을 차단하고 저감 시키기 위한 친환경적 목재형 방음벽을 구축함에 있어 방음 판넬을 적층 시키는 목재 지주의 결합 구조를 개선한 탄소 저감형 고강성 목재를 이용한 방음벽의 목재 지주에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 철구조물로 구성된 베이스 플레이트와 목재 기둥을 결합하여 지면 상부로 일정간격을 두고 세워 설치하는 지주에 있어서, 상기 베이스 플레이트 상부에 세워 고정 시킨 지지 부재; 상기 지지 부재의 날개편 둘레에 하방 내부를 끼워 조립하는 목재 기둥과; 상기 목재 기둥 하부 둘레 상, 하부 가로 및 세로 방향 내측 각각에 형성한 나사 구멍; 및 상기 나사 구멍과 지지 부재의 날개편 상, 하부 가로 및 세로 방향 각각에 형성한 관통 구멍을 대응시켜 지지 부재와 목재 기둥을 나사 결합하는 결합 볼트;를 포함하여 구성함을 특징으로 한다.
The present invention relates to a wooden post of a soundproof wall using carbon reduction type high-stiffness wood, capable of improving a combination structure of a wooden post in which soundproof panels are stacked, in regard to a procedure of building an eco-friendly wooden soundproof wall installed on a roadside or in a place in which houses are densely located, to block and reduce a noise delivered from the outside. In accordance with the present invention, the wooden post, which is installed to be stood in an upper part of the ground at regular intervals by combining a base plate made of a steel structure with a wooden column, includes: a support member stood and fixed to an upper part of the base plate; a wooden column assembled by having a lower inner part inserted into the circumference of a wing piece of the support member; screw holes formed inward in horizontal and longitudinal directions of upper and lower parts of a lower circumference of the wooden column respectively; and a combination bolt matching the screw holes with through holes formed in horizontal and longitudinal directions of upper and lower parts of the wing piece of the support member respectively, to screw the support member with the wooden column.
