The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a functional ceramic block and a ceramic block manufactured thereby, wherein liquid ceramic containing Na_2O, SiO_2, MgO, Al_2O_3, SO_3, Cl, K_2O, CaO, TiO_2, Fe_2O_3, ZnO and ZrO_2 is heated and foamed, to convert the liquid ceramic into a solid. The manufactured ceramic block has excellent antibacterial, deodorizing, negative ion-generating and far-infrared radiating effects, and the antibacterial and deodorizing effects last semi-permanently. The manufactured ceramic block has an advantage that the ceramic block can be manufactured for various purposes, and thus, products containing the ceramic block of the present invention may be useful as living goods, furniture and interior goods, which have the antibacterial, deodorizing, negative ion-generating and far-infrared radiating effects.
본 발명은 기능성 세라믹 블록의 제조방법 및 이에 의해 제조된 기능성 세라믹 블록에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 NaO, SiO, MgO, AlO, SO, Cl, KO, CaO, TiO, FeO, ZnO 및 ZrO를 포함하는 액상 세라믹을 가열 발포시켜 고체로 변환시키는 제조방법으로 제조된 세라믹 블록은 우수한 항균, 탈취, 음이온 발생 및 원적외선 방사 효과가 있고, 항균, 탈취 효과가 반영구적으로 지속되는 효과가 있으며, 다양한 용도로 제작 가능하다는 장점이 있으므로, 본 발명의 세라믹 블록을 포함하는 제품은 항균, 탈취, 음이온 발생 및 원적외선 방사 효과가 있는 생활소품, 가구, 실내 인테리어 용품으로 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
