S.C.I.G S.C.I.G construction method using hole expansion device and hole expansion device of Soil Cement Injection Equipment
The present invention relates to a hole expansion device which is installed in soil cement injection equipment for improving soft ground to increase excavation efficiency, and a soil cement injection grouting (SCIG) method and, more specifically, to a hole expansion device of soil cement injection equipment, which can be moved along the leader of the soil cement injection equipment to drill soft ground and discharge an injection material having soil, cement, and water as main components to construct a continuous high-strength underground structure, thereby reducing the construction period compared to a conventional one, increasing constructability and economic feasibility, and ensuring the verticality and predetermined diameter of the underground structure with high reliability, and an SCIG method using the hole expansion device. The hole expansion device comprises a coupling unit, a diameter expansion and excavation unit, and a screw bit.
본 발명은 연약지반을 개량하는 소일시멘트주입장비에 설치되어 굴착 효율을 증대시킬 수 있는 확공장치 및 S.C.I.G 공법(Soil Cemennt Injection Grouting Method)에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게 설명하면, 소일시멘트주입장비의 리더를 따라 이동되어 연약지반을 천공함과 동시에 흙, 시멘트, 물을 주성분으로 하는 주입재를 토출시켜 연속적인 고강도의 지중구조체를 시공함으로써, 종래에 비해 공사기간을 단축할 수 있고, 시공성 및 시공경제성을 향상시킬 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 상기 지중구조체의 수직성 및 일정한 직경을 신뢰도 높게 확보할 수 있는 소일시멘트주입장비의 확공장치 및 이를 이용한 S.C.I.G 공법에 관한 기술분야가 개시된다.
