Separator fixing device for building formwork
The present invention relates to a separator fixing device of a form for construction. The separator fixing device fixes a separator used to maintain constant intervals of concrete forms used when constructing concrete structures such as columns, beams, and walls of various buildings. The separator fixing device comprises: a body having a placing groove being formed therein and allowing a nut formed on an end of the separator to be placed thereon, wherein an upper portion thereof is opened; and a fixing unit formed on the rear surface of the body to bind and fix the body inside a form. The fixing unit includes: a fixing member wherein one end thereof is bound and fixed on the rear surface of the body, the other end thereof is withdrawn out of a form through a withdrawal hole between the form and another adjacent form, and a binding hole is formed in the other end thereof; and a closing cover which is formed on the fixing member, and closes the withdrawal hole of the form to prevent leakage of concrete through the withdrawal hole. The fixing unit for binding and fixing the body on a form is realized in a structure for being bound and fixed on a wedge pin conventionally used in a form to conveniently and quickly perform a process of binding and fixing the body on the form to greatly improve work efficiency of workers. The position of the separator fixed on the body can be firmly bound and fixed by a binding means to prevent an escape of the separator by an upward external force to strengthen the structural safety of the device.
본 발명은 건축용 거푸집의 세퍼레이터 고정장치에 관한 것으로, 그 구성은 각종 건축물의 기둥, 보, 벽체 등의 콘크리트 구조물을 축조할 때에 사용되는 콘크리트 거푸집의 간격을 일정하게 유지시키기 위해 사용되는 세퍼레이터를 고정시키는 것으로, 내부에 상기 세퍼레이터 끝단 상에 형성되는 너트가 안치되는 안치홈이 형성되되, 상부는 개방되는 몸체와, 상기 몸체의 후면에 형성되어 상기 몸체를 거푸집의 내측에 결속 고정시키는 고정부를 포함하는 세퍼레이터 고정장치에 있어서, 상기 고정부는 일단은 상기 몸체의 후면에 결속 고정되고, 타단은 거푸집과 인접하는 다른 거푸집 사이의 인출구멍을 통해 거푸집의 외측으로 인출되되, 타단의 내부에는 결속공이 형성되는 고정부재와, 상기 고정부재 상에 형성되는 것으로, 거푸집의 인출구멍을 폐쇄하여 인출구멍을 통한 콘크리트의 누설을 방지하는 폐쇄덮개로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 것으로서, 몸체를 거푸집에 결속 고정시키는 고정부가 거푸집에 통상적으로 사용되는 웨지핀에 결속 고정될 수 있는 구조로 구현함으로 몸체를 거푸집에 결속 고정하는 과정이 간편하고 신속하게 수행될 수 있어 작업자의 작업능률을 대폭 향상시킬 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 결속수단을 통해 몸체에 고정된 세퍼레이터의 위치를 견고히 결속 고정할 수 있어 상방으로 발생하는 외력에 의해 세퍼레이터의 이탈을 원천봉쇄할 수 있어 장치의 구조적인 안전성을 강화할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
