GANG FORM DROP SAFETY DEVICE WITH A SAFETY KEY
The present invention relates to a gang form falling safety device with a safety key, which is characterized by comprising: a gang form to which a safety hook is fixated; a euroform which is arranged at the rear side of the gang form; an anchor bolt of which the other end is fixated to the euroform, and one end is exposed between the gang form and the euroform to be buried in a concrete wall body; a tie rod of which the other end is fastened to the anchor bolt, and one end is exposed to the front of the gang form, in order to be separated from the anchor bolt after concrete is cured; a worm wheel which is monolithically connected to one end of the tie rod exposed to the front of the gang form; a worm shaft having a worm gear-coupled to the worm wheel; a rotary shaft in which a ratchet stopper is monolithically coupled to the lower portion for restricting the rotation of the worm wheel, and which is hinge-coupled to the gang form in a cantilever shape; a case which is fixated to the gang form to surround the worm wheel, the worm shaft, and the rotary shaft; and a safety key which is inserted through a first insertion hole formed at the upper portion of the case to be selectively coupled to a free end of the rotary shaft. Therefore, a safety accident can be prevented.
본 발명은 안전키를 갖는 갱폼 낙하 안전장치에 관한 것으로, 이를 위해 안전고리가 고정된 갱폼;과, 상기 갱폼의 후방에 배치되는 유로폼;과, 타단은 상기 유로폼에 고정되고, 일단은 갱폼과 유로폼의 사이로 노출되어 콘크리트 벽체에 매립되는 앙카볼트;와, 타단은 상기 앙카볼트에 체결되고, 일단은 갱폼의 전방으로 노출되며, 콘크리트 양생 후 상기 앙카볼트로부터 분리되는 타이로드;와, 상기 갱폼의 전방으로 노출된 타이로드의 일단에 일체로 연결되는 웜휠;과, 상기 웜휠과 치차 결합되는 웜을 갖는 웜축;과, 상기 웜휠의 회전을 구속하는 래칫스토퍼가 하부에 일체로 결합되고, 외팔보 형태로 갱폼에 힌지 결합되는 회동샤프트;와, 상기 웜휠과 웜축과 회동샤프트를 감싸도록 상기 갱폼에 고정되는 케이스;와, 상기 케이스의 상부에 형성된 제1삽입홀를 통해 삽입되어 상기 회동샤프트의 자유단에 선택적으로 결합되는 안전키;를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
