The present invention relates to a safety device for the fall of a gang form. The safety device comprises: a gang form to which a safety hook is fixed; a Euroform disposed at the rear of the gang form; an anchor bolt having the other end fixed to the Euroform, and one end exposed between the gang form and the Euroform, and embedded in a concrete wall; a tie rod having the other end fastened to the anchor bolt, and one end exposed to the front of the gang form, and separated from the anchor bolt after concrete curing; a worm wheel integrally connected to one end of the tie rod exposed to the front of the gang form; a worm shaft having a worm geared to the worm wheel; a ratchet stopper for restricting the rotation direction of the worm wheel; a case fixed to the gang form to surround the worm wheel and the worm shaft; and a safety key inserted from the outside of the case to selectively release the restraint of the ratchet stopper on the worm wheel through an interlocking means. The worm shaft is partially exposed to a lower part of the case, and the released worm shaft is rotated without opening the case, so that the tie rod can be separated from the anchor bolt.
