MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR BLOCK HAVING NATURAL GRANITE STONE IMAGE
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a block having a natural granite stone image (100). The method for manufacturing a block having an natural granite stone image (100) comprises the steps of: preparing base color mortar having a natural granite base color; applying the base color mortar to an upper portion of a base part (110) to form a surface layer part (120); preparing granule mortar having a color different from the base color; applying the granule mortar to an upper surface of the surface layer part (120) using a pneumatic spraying method to form the shape of natural granite; and performing compression molding both on the surface layer part (120) and the applied granule mortar together, thereby allowing a natural shape like natural granite stone to be reproduced.
본 발명은 자연 화강석의 모양을 모사한 자연 화강석 모사 블록(100)의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 자연 화강석의 바탕색상을 갖는 바탕색상 몰탈을 제조하는 바탕색상 몰탈 제조단계; 기층부(110)의 상부에, 상기 바탕색상 몰탈를 도포하여 표층부(120)를 형성하는 표층부 형성단계; 상기 바탕색상과 상이한 색상을 갖는 그래뉼 몰탈을 제조하는 그래뉼 몰탈 제조단계; 상기 표층부(120)의 상면에, 상기 그래뉼 몰탈을 공압 분사방식에 의해 도포하여 자연 화강석의 모양을 형성하는 그래뉼 몰탈 도포단계; 상기 표층부(120) 및 도포된 그래뉼 몰탈을 동시에 가압성형하는 표층부 가압성형단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자연 화강석 모사 블록(100)의 제조방법을 제시함으로써, 자연 화강석과 같이 자연스러운 모양이 모사될 수 있도록 한다.
