The present invention relates to a corridor type duplex apartment house in which each individual household is separated. The corridor type duplex apartment house includes an equipment space (110) in which an access hole (115) or a non-bearing wall is provided in contact with a common corridor (130), wherein a pipe or an air duct is installed in the space. The adjacent individual households are connected through the equipment space (110) without being connected through a party wall, so the equipment space (110) performs a buffer function. Therefore, the corridor type duplex apartment house can prevent a noise from being transmitted through the wall.
본 발명은 각각의 개별세대가 분리된 복도식 복층형 공동주택에 관한 것으로서, 파이프나 에어덕트가 설치되는 공간이 마련되며, 점검구(115) 또는 비내력벽체가 공용복도(130)에 맞닿게 구비되는 설비공간(110);을 포함하고, 이웃하는 개별세대는 공유벽체로 연결되지 않고 상기 설비공간(110)을 통하여 연결됨으로써 설비공간(110)이 완충 역할을 하게 되어 벽체를 통한 소음 전파를 차단할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 한다.
