The present invention relates to a weed-proofing mat fixing device including a base plate of a support fixing part coupled to an outer side of a lower portion of a guard rail support, and a pressure plate provided on an upper portion of the base plate; and a weed-proofing mat construction method using the same, and, more specifically, to a weed-proofing mat fixing device which enables a weed-proofing mat to be easily installed between a base plate and a pressure plate and can maintain a strong fixation of the weed-proofing mat with respect to external force; and a weed-proofing mat construction method using the same. The weed-proofing mat fixing device comprises: the support fixing part coupled to the outer side of the lower portion of the guard rail support, including a cylindrical body which has open upper and lower portions and the base plate which is provided on an outer side of a lower end of the body and has the weed-proofing mat seated on an upper portion thereof, and divided into left and right sides; the pressure plate which is provided on the upper portion of the base plate to press an upper portion of the weed-proofing mat, is divided to be misaligned with the base plate of the support fixing part when viewed in a planar view, and has a protrusion portion protruding from a lower end of an outer side thereof to be in close contact with the side surface of the base plate; and a plurality of fixing pecks anchored within the ground through the pressure plate, the weed-proofing mat, and the base plate.
본 발명은 가드레일 지주의 하부 외측에 결합되는 지주고정부의 베이스플레이트와 베이스플레이트 상부에 구비되는 가압플레이트를 포함하여 구성되는 방초매트 고정구 및 이를 이용한 방초매트 시공 방법에 대한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 베이스플레이트와 가압플레이트 사이에 방초매트를 쉽게 설치할 수 있으면서도 외력에 대하여 방초매트의 견고한 고정을 유지할 수 있는 방초매트 고정구 및 이를 이용한 방초매트 시공 방법에 대한 것이다. 본 발명 방초매트 고정구는 가드레일 지주의 하부 외측에 결합되는 것으로 상하가 개방된 통 형상의 본체 및 상기 본체의 하단 외측으로 구비되어 상부에 방초매트가 거치되는 베이스플레이트로 구성되되, 좌우로 분할 형성되는 지주고정부; 상기 베이스플레이트의 상부에 구비되어 방초매트의 상부를 가압하는 것으로, 지주고정부의 베이스플레이트와 평면상 서로 엇갈리게 분할 형성되고, 외측 하단에는 상기 베이스플레이트의 측면에 밀착되는 걸림돌부가 돌출 형성되는 가압플레이트; 및 상기 가압플레이트, 방초매트 및 베이스플레이트를 관통하여 지반 내에 앵커링되는 복수의 고정펙; 으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
