A floor noise decrease system for apartment house according to one aspect of the present invention is a noise measurement device formed by a smart device. The floor noise decrease system for apartment house includes: a measuring unit measuring floor noise; a setting unit for setting the extent of loudness and annoyance of a household through floor noise measured by the measurement unit; an analysis unit for analyzing the extent of loudness and annoyance by the setting unit and the floor noise measured by the measurement unit; and a communication unit for transmitting an analysis value analyzed by the analysis unit to a noise source generation.
본 발명의 일 측면에 따른 공동주택 층간소음 저감 시스템은 스마트기기로 형성되는 소음 측정장치에 있어서, 층간소음을 측정하는 측정부와, 상기 측정부에서 측정한 층간소음으로 세대원의 수유한도를 설정하는 설정부와, 상기 설정부에서 설정한 수유한도와 상기 측정부에서 측정한 층간소음을 분석하는 분석부와, 상기 분석부에서 분석한 분석값을 소음원 세대로 송신하는 통신부를 포함할 수 있다.
