PDF INSIDE NON-STIFFENED POLYETHYLENE DOUBLE FRAME PANEL WATER STORAGE TANK WITH SEISMIC DESIGN
The present invention relates to a seismic PDF water tank with the non-reinforced inside. In particular, the seismic PDF water tank with the non-reinforced inside according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a floor frame including a lower horizontal structural member which is horizontally installed in a grid pattern at the upper portion of a wet pad which is aligned and installed on a horizontal surface or a dry pad which is installed in a grid pattern; and a side wall frame including an H-beam which is installed to be stood at the upper portion of the lower horizontal structural member, a horizontal connecting reinforcing member which is installed to be aligned on the side surface of the H-beam, and a side wall PDF panel which is installed at the H-beam to form a water storage space. Here, the side wall PDF panel is composed of a body with an inner space and a partition formed to be aligned in the inner space, such that the body may be fixated to the H-beam by means of a fixating bolt and a fixating nut. In addition, a reinforcing unit whose thickness is reinforced to be relatively thick is formed on the rear surface of the body to which the fixating bolt is fastened. Therefore, durability of the water tank can be easily increased.
본 발명은 내부 무보강 내진용 PDF 물탱크에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 일실시 예에 따른 내부 무보강 내진용 PDF 물탱크는 수평면에 배열 설치된 습식 패드 또는 격자형태로 설치된 건식 패드의 상부에 격자형으로 수평 설치되는 하부수평구조재를 포함하는 바닥프레임; 및 상기 하부수평구조재의 상부에 기립 설치되는 H-빔과 상기 H-빔의 측면에 배열 설치되는 수평연결보강재 및 상기 H-빔에 설치되어 담수공간을 형성하는 측벽용 PDF 패널을 포함하는 측벽프레임을 포함하며, 상기 측벽용 PDF 패널은 내부공간이 마련된 몸체 및 상기 내부공간에 배열 형성된 칸막이로 구성되어 고정볼트와 고정너트를 통해 상기 몸체가 H-빔에 고정되되, 상기 고정볼트가 체결되는 몸체의 후면에 두께가 상대적으로 두껍게 보강된 보강부가 형성된다.

The present invention relates to a seismic PDF water tank with the non-reinforced inside.
