The present invention relates to a hatch cover opening/closing driving device for a ship, which is to lift and open/close a hatch cover to open and close a hold by being horizontally moved along a rail by having rollers mounted on both sides thereof with a rail installed at both sides of the hold in a longitudinal direction and formed with a descending groove. The hatch cover opening/closing driving device for a ship of the present invention comprises: an electric motor installed on one side of a hatch cover; a deceleration unit for decelerating a rotational speed of the electric motor; a driving switching unit interlocked with the deceleration unit to transmit a rotational force only to a lever transmission unit during rotation by A°, and transmitting the rotational force only to a pinion increase/decrease unit during rotation by a value of (360°- A°) to sequentially perform lifting and opening/closing of the hatch cover during one rotation; a lever transmission unit interlocked with one side of the drive switching unit to lift the hatch cover by rotating a lifting lever by A° while the driving switching unit is rotated by A°; and a pinion increase/decrease unit interlocked with the other side of the driving switching unit to increase the rotational speed of a pinion while the driving switching unit is rotated by a value of (360°- A°) so as to open and close the hatch cover.
본 발명은 선박의 해치 커버 개폐구동장치에 관한 것으로서, 화물창의 양측에 길이방향을 따라 배설되고 하강홈이 형성된 레일과, 양측에 롤러가 장착되어 상기 레일을 따라 수평 이동함으로써 화물창을 개폐하기 위해 해치 커버를 리프팅시키고 개폐시키는 개폐구동장치에 있어서, 해치 커버의 일측에 설치되는 전기 모터; 상기 전기 모터의 회전속도를 감속시키는 감속부; 상기 감속부에 연동되어 A°만큼 회전하는 동안 하기 레버전달부에만 회전력을 전달하고, (360°- A°)만큼 회전하는 동안 하기 피니언증속부에만 회전력을 전달함으로써 1 회전하는 동안 해치 커버의 리프팅과 개폐가 순차적으로 수행되게 하는 구동전환부; 상기 구동전환부의 일측에 연동되어 상기 구동전환부가 A° 회전하는 동안 리프팅레버를 A°회전시켜 해치 커버를 리프팅하는 레버전달부; 상기 구동전환부의 타측에 연동되어 상기 구동전환부가 (360°- A°) 회전하는 동안 피니언의 회전속도를 증가시켜 해치 커버를 개폐하는 피니언증속부;를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
