OPENING AND CLOSING APPRATUS
The present invention relates to a door opening and closing device capable of transceiving a visitor call signal with a user terminal through an external communication network. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the door opening and closing device for opening or closing a door to a facility includes: a key input part formed to input characters or symbols including an ID or password of each room in the facility; a display part formed to display characters and symbols including the characters inputted into the key input part; a communication part connected to a communication network able to communicate with the outside; and a control part delivering a signal to the communication part to transmit a signal for opening and closing to a pre-stored specific communicable terminal in accordance with an ID inputted into the key input part, when an ID of a specific room in the facility is inputted into the key input part.
본 발명은 외부 통신망을 이용하여 사용자의 단말기에 방문자 호출 여부 신호를 송수신할 수 있는 도어 개폐 장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 시설물의 도어를 개폐 가능하게 이루어지는 도어 개폐 장치에 있어서, 시설물 내에 위치한 각 호실의 ID나, 비밀 번호를 포함한 문자 및 기호를 입력 가능하게 형성되는 키입력부, 상기 키입력부에 입력되는 문자를 포함한 문자 및 기호를 포함한 표시하도록 형성되는 디스플레이부, 외부와 통신 가능한 통신망과 연결되는 통신부, 및 상기 키입력부에 시설물 내에 위치한 특정 호실의 ID가 입력시, 상기 키입력부에서 입력된 ID에 대응되어 기 저장된 통신 가능한 특정 단말기에 개폐 여부에 대한 신호를 보내도록, 상기 통신부에 신호를 전달하는 제어부를 포함하는 도어 개폐 장치를 개시한다.

The present invention relates to a door opening and closing device capable of transceiving a visitor call signal with a user terminal through an external communication network.
