Rooftop waterproofing method using rooftop air vent
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a rooftop waterproofing construction method using an air vent for waterproofing a rooftop, which is capable of improving workability for the installation of a waterproof layer by constructing the waterproof layer after separating a shade part detachably installed in an air vent body part. According to the present invention, the rooftop waterproofing construction method includes: a first step of arranging a rooftop floor surface by removing foreign substances from the rooftop floor surface; a second step of repairing the rooftop floor surface by filling a cracked part of the rooftop floor surface with high-strength waterproofing mortar; a third step of installing an air vent body part to exhaust moisture on the rooftop floor surface to the outside by fixing a support plate body provided in the bottom of the air vent body part to the rooftop floor surface; a fourth step of installing a poly vinyl-chloride (PVC) composite sheet in the upper part of the rooftop floor surface to cover the support plate body of the air vent body part while being installed in the upper part of the rooftop floor surface; and a fifth step of installing a shade part to cover the upper end part of the air vent body part by screwing the shade part to the upper part of the air vent body part so as to prevent the inflow of rain water into the air vent body part.
본 발명의 목적은 탈기반 본체부에 탈착 가능하게 설치된 갓부를 분리한 후 방수층을 시공함에 의해 방수층의 설치에 따른 작업성을 향상시킬 수 있게 한 옥상 방수용 탈기반을 이용한 옥상 방수공법을 제공한다. 이러한 본 발명은, 옥상바닥면의 이물질을 제거하여 옥상바닥면을 정리하는 제1단계; 상기 옥상바닥면의 균열된 부분에 고강도 방수몰탈을 메워 옥상바닥면을 보수하는 제2단계; 상기 옥상바닥면에 탈기반 본체부의 하단에 구비되는 받침판체가 고정되도록 설치하여 옥상바닥면의 습기를 외부로 배기시키도록 탈기반 본체부를 설치하는 제3단계; 상기 옥상바닥면의 상부에 설치되되, 상기 탈기반 본체부의 받침판체를 덮도록 상기 옥상바닥면의 상부에 PVC(poly vinylchloride) 복합시트를 설치하는 제4단계; 및 상기 탈기반 본체부의 내부로 빗물의 유입을 방지하도록 상기 탈기반 본체부의 상부에 나사 결합하여 상기 탈기반 본체부의 상단부를 덮도록 갓부를 설치하는 제5단계;를 포함한다.
