Exposure Type Rooftop Waterproofing Method and Rooftop waterproofing structure
The present invention provides an exposed rooftop waterproofing method including the following steps: (a) a step of laying composite waterproof sheets (10) on a bottom surface of a rooftop; (b) a step of applying a urethane undercoat (20) to a joint between the composite waterproof sheets (10) and between the bottom surface of the rooftop and the composite waterproof sheets (10); (c) a step of applying a joint intermediate coating (33) to the joint between the composite waterproof sheets (10) and between the bottom surface of the rooftop and the composite waterproof sheets (10); (d) a step of attaching a high-elasticity reinforcing sheet (40) to the joint between the composite waterproof sheets (10); (e) a first urethane intermediate coating (31) step; (f) a second urethane intermediate coating (32) step; (g) a silica (60) spray step; and (h) a urethane top coating (50) step. An exposed waterproof structure constructed by the method in accordance with the present invention has marked durability of a waterproof structure, simplifies a construction method, and reduces construction costs.
본 발명은 다음의 단계를 포함하는 노출형 옥상 방수 시공방법을 제공한다: (a) 옥상 바닥면에 복합 방수 시트(10)를 까는 단계; (b) 상기 복합 방수 시트(10) 사이 조인트 및 상기 옥상 바닥면과 상기 복합 방수 시트(10) 사이에 우레탄 하도(20)를 도포하는 단계; (c) 상기 복합 방수 시트(10) 사이 조인트 및 상기 옥상 바닥면과 상기 복합 방수 시트(10) 사이에 우레탄 조인트 중도(33)를 도포하는 단계; (d) 상기 복합 방수 시트(10) 사이 조인트에 고탄성 보강 시트(40)를 부착하는 단계; (e) 우레탄 중도 1차(31) 코팅 단계; (f) 우레탄 중도 2차(32) 코팅 단계; (g) 규사(60) 살포 단계; 및 (h) 우레탄 상도(50) 코팅 단계. 본 발명의 방법으로 시공한 노출형 방수 구조체는 방수 구조체의 내구성이 현저한 것은 물론, 시공 방법이 간단하고, 시공 비용이 저렴한 장점이 있다.
