CFFT Concrete Filled Fiber Tube Pile with Hybrid CFRP tube and Manufacturing method for the same
The present invention relates to a concrete filled fiber tube (CFFT) pile applied with a carbon fiber composite tube with excellent chemical resistance and seismic performance, and to a manufacturing method thereof. According to the present invention, the method comprises the following steps: (a) using a filament winding method to manufacture a tube from a resin-impregnated continuous long fiber; (b) hardening resin of the tube to acquire a carbon fiber composite tube; (c) filling the carbon fiber tube with concrete and performing centrifugal molding; and (d) steam-curing the centrifugally molded carbon fiber tube filled with concrete to complete a CFFT pile. Accordingly, the CFFT pile applying a carbon fiber composite tube can be provided.
본 발명은 탄소섬유복합재 튜브를 적용한 CFFT 파일 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따르면, (a) 수지가 함침된 연속식 장섬유를 필라멘트 와인딩 공법을 이용하여 튜브로 제조하는 단계; (b) 상기 튜브의 수지를 경화시켜 탄소섬유복합재 튜브를 얻는 단계; (c) 상기 탄소섬유복합재 튜브에 콘크리트를 충진 및 원심 성형하는 단계 및 (d) 콘크리트가 충진 및 원심 성형된 탄소섬유복합재 튜브를 증기양생하여 CFFT 파일을 완성하는 단계를 포함하는 탄소섬유복합재 튜브를 적용한 CFFT 파일 제조방법을 제공할 수 있다. 이에 따라 제조된 탄소섬유복합재 튜브를 적용한 CFFT 파일을 제공할 수 있다.
