High speed hardening concrete composition
The present invention relates to an ultra-rapid hardening concrete composition for paving and repairing a bridge surface and a constructing method using the same. More specifically, the method includes the following steps of, when repairing concrete, : chipping a cover concrete layer; removing the crushed concrete and arranging an exposed surface; placing the ultra-rapid hardening concrete composition into the exposed surface; and curing the placed ultra-rapid hardening concrete. Therefore, the ultra-rapid hardening concrete composition is inserted to replace the crushed concrete so that repair constructability can be simple and coupling properties with a parent structure is improved. Thus, the concrete with improved durability and wear resistance is formed so that a repair period which can be frequently implemented can be maximally extended so that inconvenience and economic losses caused by traffic blockage during construction can be minimized.
본 발명은 초속경 교면포장 및 보수용 콘크리트 조성물 및 이를 이용한 시공방법에 대한 것이며, 구체적으로 콘크리트를 보수할 때, 후타 콘크리트 층을 치핑하고, 파쇄된 콘크리트를 제거하고, 노출면을 정리하고, 노출면에 초속경 콘크리트 조성물을 타설하고, 타설된 초속경 콘크리트를 양생하는 단계를 구비한 것으로 초속경 콘크리트 조성물을 투입하여 파손된 콘크리트를 대체한다면, 보수 시공성이 간편해지고 모체 구조물과의 결합성이 향상되어 내구성 및 내마모성이 향상된 콘크리트가 형성되어 빈번하게 이루어질 수 있는 보수 주기를 최대한 연장시켜 공사 중 교통 차단에 따른 불편 및 경제적 손실을 최소화 할 수 있다.
