One aspect of the present invention relates to an auxiliary apparatus for repairing a concrete manhole, which promotes an unmanned operation by automatically moving repair tools (5) for a series of manual work for repairing an internal wall of a concrete manhole (1). The auxiliary apparatus for repairing a concrete manhole comprises: supporters (10) placed on the entrance and a floor of the manhole (1), and fixed and installed by pressurizing an internal wall of the manhole (1); screws (20) vertically rotatably mounted on the center of the supporters (10) to have a spiral line of a certain pitch formed on the outer surface thereof; a moving block (30) which detaches/attaches a repair tool (5) to face an internal wall of the manhole (1), and rotates along the spiral line by being fastened with the screws (20) and being lowered by the weight thereof; and a control unit (40) connected to an upper end of the screws (20) to be fixed on the same to vary the rotary direction and the rev count of the screws (20) and thus, control the rotary speed and the position of the repair tool (5). Accordingly, the present invention has effects of realizing a repair tool for a series of manual work for repairing an internal wall of a concrete manhole to be rotatable while being lowered from the entrance of the manhole down to a floor by the weight thereof such that it is possible to work on the whole internal wall of the manhole even without an additional power to improve installation convenience and make the unmanned operation possible, thereby reducing the overall work hour required for the work.
본 발명의 일면은 콘크리트 맨홀(1)의 내벽을 보수하기 위한 일련의 수작업용 보수도구(5)들을 자동으로 움직여 무인화를 도모하는 보수공사용 보조장치에 관한 것으로, 상기 맨홀(1)의 입구와 바닥에 배치되고, 상기 맨홀(1)의 내벽을 가압하여 고정 설치되는 지지대(10); 상기 지지대(10)의 중앙에 수직방향으로 회전 가능하게 장착되고, 외면에 소정 피치의 나선이 형성된 스크루(20); 상기 보수도구(5)를 맨홀(1)의 내벽과 대향하게 탈/장착시키고, 상기 스크루(20)에 체결되어 자중에 의해 하강하며 나선을 따라 회전하는 유동블록(30); 상기 스크루(20)의 상단에 고정 가능하게 연결되고, 상기 스크루(20)의 회전방향과 회전수를 가변시켜 보수도구(5)의 회전속도와 위치를 조정하는 조절유닛(40);을 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다. 따라서 본 발명은 콘크리트 맨홀의 내벽을 보수하기 위한 일련의 수작업용 보수도구를 자중에 의해 맨홀의 입구에서 바닥까지 하강과 함께 회전가능하게 구현하여 별도의 동력 없이도 맨홀의 내벽 전체를 작업할 수 있어 설치의 편의성 향상은 물론 무인화가 가능하여 작업에 소요되는 전반적인 공수를 절감할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
