Ultra High Performance Concrete Manufacturing Method and Ultra High Performance Concrete Panel Construction Assembly
The present invention provides a method for manufacturing ultra-high performance concrete capable of exhibiting a maximum compressive strength of 350 Mpa by lowering porosity to 40% or less, and an ultra-high performance concrete panel construction assembly manufactured by the manufacturing method. Thus, the present invention has an effect that can contribute to the spread of ultra-high performance concrete with further improved functions such as compressive strength, abrasion resistance, and durability in various fields such as construction, structures, and defense fields. In addition, the present invention is optimized for a panel molded of ultra-high performance concrete, and thus the panel can be expected to have an effect of being firmly and stably fixed.
본 발명은 기공율을 40%이하로 낮추어 최대 압축강도 350Mpa를 발휘할 수 있는 초고성능 콘크리트를 제조하는 방법 및 이 제조방법으로 제조된 초고성능 콘크리트 패널 시공 어셈블리를 제공함으로써 건설, 구조물 및 국방분야 등 다양한 분야에 압축강도, 내마모성 및 내구성 등의 기능이 더욱 향상된 초고성능 콘크리트의 보급에 기여할 수 있는 효과가 있다. 더불어 초고성능 콘크리트로 성형되는 패널에 최적화되어 견고하면서도 안정되게 고정시킬 있는 효과를 기대할 수 있다.
