DERAILMENT CONTAINMENT PROVISION PANEL AND IMPACT LOAD CALCULATION SYSTEM USING THE SAME
The present invention relates to a concrete trajectory technology with a derailment prevention performance capable of binding a derailed train into an intended area after the derailment of the train has occurred. The present invention relates to a derailment prevention facility panel for a railroad and an impact load measuring system using the same, which are directly installed on a track concrete layer (TCL) to measure the bending and the shear behavior by an impact load (P2) occurring in a short instant. The derailment prevention facility panel for a railroad comprises: a vehicle wheel impact load measuring panel installed on an upper surface in the center of the TCL between trajectory rails for a railroad; an impact vehicle wheel transversal contact measuring plate installed to make an impact load plate, to which the impact load (P2) of the vehicle wheel is directly applied, inserted into a blockout space (S) formed on one side surface of the vehicle wheel impact load measuring panel to be exposed; and a load cell formed in a space mounted on an internal side surface (B) of the impact load plate to be blocked-out.
열차의 탈선(Derailment) 발생 이후 탈선열차를 의도된 영역 내로 구속시킬 수 있는 일탈방호 성능을 갖는 콘크리트궤도 기술에 대한 것으로서, 콘크리트궤도 슬래브(TCL: Track Concrete Layer)상에 직접 설치되어 짧은 순간에 발생하는 충돌하중(P2)에 의한 휨과 전단거동을 측정할 수 있는 철도용 일탈방호시설 패널 및 이를 이용한 충돌하중 측정시스템에 관한 것으로서, 상기 철도용 일탈방호시설 패널은 철도용 궤도 레일 사이의 콘크리트궤도 슬래브 중앙 상면에 설치되는 차륜충돌하중 측정패널; 차륜의 충돌하중(P2)이 직접 가해지는 충돌하중판이 차륜충돌하중 측정패널의 일측면에 형성된 블록아웃 공간(S)에 끼워져 노출되도록 설치되는 충돌차륜 횡방향접촉측정판; 및 상기 충돌하중판 내측면(B)에 장착되어 블록아웃된 공간에 형성된 로드셀;을 포함한다.
