Safe spring hinge for sudden closing prevention
The present invention relates to a safe spring hinge for preventing the sudden closing, which is able to allow a door to be easily opened by an elastic repulsive force, to prevent the sudden closing of the door by the elastic repulsive force before forcibly closing the opened door, and to prevent the risk of accidents in advance. According to a proper embodiment of the present invention, the safe spring hinge for preventing the sudden closing comprises: a door frame fixing bracket which includes a door frame fixing plate having a plurality of screw fixing holes, and a first hinge shaft hinge with a first hinge shaft insertion hole at a certain distance in a longitudinal direction on one end of the door frame fixing plate, and which is fixed and installed on the door frame; a door piece rotary bracket which has a door piece fixing plate having a plurality of screw fixing holes, and a second hinge shaft hinge placed on the same shaft with the first hinge shaft hinge by using a second hinge shaft insertion hole formed on one end of the door piece fixing plate, and which is fixed and installed on the door piece; a plurality of spring housings placed between the first hinge shaft hinge and the second hinge shaft hinge to be placed on the same shaft; a hinge shaft hinge inserted and installed in the first hinge shaft insertion hole, the second hinge shaft insertion hole, and the plurality of spring housings; and a spring for resisting the door′s closing, which is inserted into the hinge shaft and installed in the spring housing at the same time to maintain a certain safe opening angle of the door piece by the elastic repulsive force, and to prevent a sudden closing.
본 발명은 문짝이 탄성반발력으로 쉽게 열리고, 열린 문짝을 강제적으로 닫기 전에는 탄성반발력으로 급작한 문닫힘을 억지하여 안전사고의 위험을 미연에 방지할 수 있도록 한 급작닫힘방지 안전용 스프링 경첩을 제공한다. 본 발명의 적절한 실시 형태에 따른 급작닫힘방지 안전용 스프링 경첩은, 복수의 나사 고정홀을 갖는 문틀고정판, 문틀고정판의 일단에 길이방향으로 일정 간격을 두고 제1경첩축 삽입홀이 형성된 제1경첩축 힌지를 갖고 문틀에 고정 설치되는 문틀 고정브라켓과; 복수의 나사 고정홀을 갖는 문짝고정판, 문짝고정판의 일단에 제2경첩축 삽입홀이 형성되어 상기 제1경첩축 힌지와 동일축상으로 위치되는 제2경첩축 힌지를 갖고 문짝에 고정 설치되는 문짝 회전브라켓과; 상기 제1경첩축 힌지와 제2경첩축 힌지의 사이에 배치되어 동일축상으로 위치되어 있는 복수개의 스프링 하우징과; 상기 제1경첩축 삽입홀, 제2경첩축 삽입홀 및 복수개의 스프링 하우징에 삽입되어 설치된 경첩 힌지축과; 상기 경첩 힌지축에 삽입됨과 동시에 상기 스프링 하우징의 내부에 배치되어 탄성반발력으로 문짝을 일정한 안전열림각을 유지시켜 급작한 닫힘을 방지하는 문닫힘저항용 스프링;을 포함한 것을 특징으로 한다.
