Fast Curing Concrete Composition And Method For Repairing And Rehabilitating Road Pavement thereof
The present invention relates to a fast-curing concrete composition and a method of repairing and reinforcing a concrete road by using the same, capable of reducing hydration heat to reduce a crack caused by the hydration heat. According to the present invention, the fast-curing concrete composition includes: 10 to 25 wt% of a binder; 30 to 65 wt% of fine aggregate; 20 to 55 wt% of coarse aggregate; 1 to 10 wt% of acryl-based latex; 0.01 to 0.2 wt% of a retardant; and 3.5 to 5 wt% of water.
본 발명인 속경형 콘크리트 조성물은 결합재 10~25 중량%; 잔골재 30~65 중량%; 굵은골재 20~55 중량%; 아크릴계 라텍스 1~10 중량%; 지연제 0.01~0.2 중량%; 물 3.5 ~ 5 중량%;를 포함하되, 지연제는 순도가 95~99%인 함수구연산이다. 결합재는 결합재의 중량을 기준으로, 시멘트 0.2~0.4 중량부; 비정질 칼슘알루미네이트 0.03~0.2 중량부; High Belite 칼슘설포알루미네이트(Calcium sulfoaluminate) 0.1~0.4 중량부; 활성실리카 0.01~0.2 중량부; 무수석고 0.05~0.35 중량부; 수산화칼슘 0.01~0.15 중량부; 혼화재 0.005~0.07 중량부;를 포함하는 것이 바람직하다.High Belite 칼슘설포알루미네이트(Calcium sulfoaluminate)는 평균입경이 10~30㎛이고, 분말도가 3,000~8,000㎠/g인 미분으로서, High Belite 칼슘설포알루미네이트(Calcium sulfoaluminate)의 중량을 기준으로, CS(Belite) 0.25~0.6 중량부; CA(칼숨설포알루미네이트) 0.3~0.6 중량부; CAF 0.01~0.1중량부;를 포함하는 것이 바람직하다.아울러, 아크릴계 라텍스는 아크릴계 라텍스의 중량을 기준으로, 스티렌 0.2~0.3 중량부; 부틸 2-프로페노에이트 0.6~0.7 중량부; 2-에틸헥실 2 프로페노에이트 0.01~0.1 중량부;를 포함하는 것이 바람직하다.
