Integrated treatment facility including moving water screen
The present invention relates to a comprehensive treatment machine using a moving screen. An objective of the present invention is to provide a comprehensive treatment machine using a moving screen, which can comprehensively treat floating impurities and sediment in a single tank and effectively collect wet wipes. To achieve the objective, the comprehensive treatment machine using a moving screen comprises: a tank installed to be positioned on a flow path of inflow water flowing into a water treatment facility; a sediment transport conveyor installed in the tank to discharge sediment sunken to the bottom of the tank out of the tank; and a moving screen which is installed to be positioned on at least one of the front and rear ends of the sediment transport conveyor in the tank, is constructed by assembling and attaching, at each pitch of an endless chain, a plurality of screen units including a plurality of bars separated from each other and a rake horizontally extended from the front surfaces of the bars and installed to be fixed in an integrated structure with the plurality of bars, and allows the screen units to move by driving of the endless chain, collect floating impurities, and discharge the floating impurities out of the tank. One or more suction holes for inducing wet wipes to be attached to the bars making up the screen units are further formed on the bars. The suction holes penetrate the bars in the front-rear direction, have a conic structure including a large diameter portion and a small diameter portion, and are formed to expose the small diameter portion to the front of the bars and expose the large diameter portion to the back of the bars.
본 발명은 무빙스크린을 이용한 종합처리기에 관한 것으로, 그 목적은 부유 협잡물과 침사물을 하나의 탱크안에서 종합적으로 처리가 가능하며, 물티슈의 효과적인 수거처리가 가능한 무빙스크린을 이용한 종합처리기를 제공함에 있다. 이를 위한 본 발명은 수처리시설로 유입되는 유입수의 유동경로 상에 위치하도록 설치된 탱크; 상기 탱크의 바닥에 가라앉는 침사물을 탱크 외부로 배출하도록 탱크의 내부에 설치된 침사물 이송컨베이어; 및 상기 탱크의 내부에서 침사물 이송컨베이어의 전단과 후단 중 적어도 어느 한 곳에 위치하도록 설치되고, 서로 이격된 다수의 바 및 상기 바 전면에서 수평방향으로 연장되면서 다수의 바와 일체형의 구조로 고정되게 설치된 레이크를 포함하는 것으로 이루어진 다수의 스크린유니트가 엔드리스 체인의 피치마다 조립 부착된 것으로 구성되며, 엔드리스 체인의 구동에 의해 다수의 스크린유니트가 이동하면서 부유 협잡물을 수거하고 탱크의 외부로 배출하는 무빙스크린;으로 구성되되, 상기 스크린유니트를 구성하는 바에는 물티슈가 바에 부착되도록 유도하는 하나 이상의 흡착홀이 더 형성되며, 상기 흡착홀은 바를 전후방향으로 관통하되, 대경부와 소경부를 포함하는 원추형의 구조로 이루어지며, 소경부가 바의 전방으로 노출되고, 대경부가 바의 후방으로 노출되게 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 무빙스크린을 이용한 종합처리기를 제공한다.

The present invention relates to a comprehensive treatment machine using a moving screen.
