PAINT SPRAY DEVICE FOR PAINTING TRAFFIC LANE
The present invention relates to a paint spray device for painting a traffic lane, which is improved to adjust the width of a discharge hole, through which a hot melt paint is discharged, to cope with painting of various kinds of lanes. The present invention provides a paint spray device for painting a traffic lane, which is installed on at least one side of a vehicle for painting a traffic lane, which paints the traffic lane, to spray the hot melt paint so as to paint a traffic lane. The paint spray device comprises: a body fixated on one side of the vehicle for painting the traffic lane, and having an injection hole through which the hot melt paint is supplied; a spray member connectedly installed at a lower part of the body while being installed to communicate with the injection hole to spray the hot melt paint through a paint spray hole formed at the lower part if the hot melt paint is injected; an adjustment device installed at one side surface of the spray member to open and close the paint spray hole and adjust an opening width of the paint spray hole according to the traffic lane to be painted; and a stirring device installed within the spray member to rotate and stir the injected hot melt paint and always maintain constant viscosity of the hot melt paint.
본 발명은 융착 페인트가 토출되는 토출구의 폭을 조절할 수 있게 하여 다양한 종류의 차선의 도색에 대응할 수 있도록 개선된 차선 도색용 페인트 분사장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 차선을 도색하는 차선도색용 차량의 적어도 일측에 설치되어 융착 페인트를 분사하여 상기 차선을 도색하는 차선 도색용 페인트 분사장치에 있어서, 상기 차선도색용 차량의 일측에 고정되고 상기 융착 페인트를 공급받는 주입구가 형성된 바디와; 상기 바디의 하부에 연결 설치되되, 상기 주입구와 연통되며 설치되어, 상기 융착 페인트가 주입되면 하부에 형성된 페인트 분사구를 통해 상기 융착 페인트를 분사하는 분사부재와; 상기 분사부재의 일 측면에 설치되어 상기 페인트 분사구를 개폐하고, 도색되는 상기 차선에 따라 상기 페인트 분사구의 개구폭을 조정하는 조정장치와; 상기 분사부재 내부에 설치되어 주입된 상기 융착 페인트를 회전 교반하여 상기 융착 페인트를 항시 일정한 점성이 유지되도록 하는 교반장치;를 포함하는 차선 도색용 페인트 분사장치를 제공한다.

The present invention relates to a paint spray device for painting a traffic lane, which is improved to adjust the width of a discharge hole, through which a hot melt paint is discharged, to cope with painting of various kinds of lanes. The present invention provides a paint spray device for painting a traffic lane, which is installed on at least one side of a vehicle for painting a traffic lane, which paints the traffic lane, to spray the hot melt paint so as to paint a traffic lane.
