PAINT SPRAYING DEVICE FOR PAINTING TRAFFIC LANE
The present invention relates to a paint spraying device for lane painting for road lane painting. In the paint spraying device for lane painting according to the present invention, a triangular pole-shaped housing (100) laid for a corner to be directed downward includes an inner housing (110) and an outer housing (120). The outer housing (120) surrounds the inner housing (110). An air supply pipe (130) is connected to an upper surface (121) of the outer housing (120). A paint supply pipe (140) is connected to an upper surface (111) of the inner housing (110). A valve housing (160) of an opening and closing valve (150) is connected to the lower end of the outer housing (120). A lower opening portion (112) of the inner housing (110) is disposed in the upper portion of the valve housing (160). A discharge amount discharged to the outside through the opening and closing valve (150) from the inner housing (110) is controlled by the air spraying amount sprayed to the opening and closing valve (150) from a lower spraying port (122) of the outer housing (120). Whether to discharge paint is controlled by the opening and closing valve (150).
본 발명은 도로에 차선을 그리기 위한 차선 도색용 페인트 분사장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 차선 도색용 페인트 분사장치는 모서리가 하부로 향하도록 눕혀진 삼각기둥 형상으로 형성된 하우징(100)이 내부 하우징(110)과 외부 하우징(120)으로 구성되어, 외부 하우징(120)이 내부 하우징(110)을 감싸고, 외부 하우징(120)의 상부면(121)으로 에어 공급관(130)이 연결되고, 내부 하우징(110)의 상부면(111)에 페인트 공급관(140)이 연결되며, 외부 하우징(120)의 하단에 개폐 밸브(150)의 밸브 하우징(160)이 연결되고, 내부 하우징(110)의 하부 개구부(112)가 밸브 하우징(160)의 상부에 배치되어, 외부 하우징(120)의 하부 분사구(122)에서 개폐 밸브(150)로 분사되는 에어 분사량에 의해 내부 하우징(110)에서 개폐밸브(150)를 통해 외부로 토출되는 토출량이 제어되며, 개폐밸브(150)에 의해 페인트의 토출 여부가 제어되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
