본 발명은 산업안전용 연결고리(1)에 관한 것으로서, 콤팩트한 크기로 가볍고 내구성을 월등히 향상시키고자 함을 과제로 하는바, 본 발명은 일측에 개구(21)가 형성된 갈고리 형태의 고리본체(2)와 고리본체(2)의 상단과 하단에 가로질러 위치되도록 설치되어 개구(21)가 개폐되게 구성되되, 고리본체(2)의 하부에서 하향 이동되면서 고리본체(2)쪽으로 회동되어 개구(21)가 개방되게 이루어진 개폐작동구(3)와, 고리본체(2)와 개폐작동구(3)의 하부에 개폐작동구(3)의 개폐작용이 제어되도록 구성된 개폐제어수단(4)과, 상단이 고리본체(2)의 상하 중간에서 외향으로 자유 회전되도록 지지힌지(51)로 결합 구성되며, 하부의 일측이 고리본체(2)의 하부에 코일스프링(52)에 의해서 외향 탄력 지지되게 구성되되, 하부의 반대편 일측이 개폐제어수단(4)과 연계되어 개폐작동구(3)가 자유자재로 개방되지 않게 이루어진 안전잠금구(5)이 포함된 것을 특징으로 하며, 이에 의하면 고리본체(2)의 개구(21)를 개폐하는 개폐작동구(3)를 단지 1차원적으로 회동 개폐시키는 것이 아니라, 2차원적으로 하부로 내리면서 고리본체(2) 내측으로 접하도록 회동시키는 개폐구조로 대폭 변경하여 콤팩트한 크기와 가벼운 중량으로 제조원가를 급격하게 절감시킬 수 있는 등 다수의 효과를 기대할 수 있는 것이다.
The present invention relates to a connection hook for industrial safety. The connection hook for industrial safety is to remarkably improve durability. According to the present invention, the connection hook for industrial safety includes: a hook body (2) having an opening (21) on one side; an opening and closing unit (3) installed to cross an upper end and a lower end of the hook body (2) and formed to open and close the opening (21), wherein the opening and closing unit (3) rotates toward the hook body (2) by moving downward in the lower part of the hook body (2) so that the opening (21) is opened; an opening and closing control unit (4) formed in the lower part of the opening and closing unit (3) and the hook body (2) to control opening and closing action of the opening and closing unit (3); and a safety locking unit (5) connected by a support hinge (51) in order for an upper end to freely rotate at the middle of the upper part and the lower part to the outside, wherein one side of the lower part in the safety locking unit (5) is formed to be elastically supported outwards by a coil spring (52) in the lower part of the hook body (2). The other side of the lower part of the safety locking unit (5) is linked to the opening and closing control unit (4) so that the opening and closing unit (3) is not freely opened. Therefore, the connection hook for industrial safety does not one-dimensionally rotate the opening and closing unit (3) opening and closing the opening (21) of the hook body (2) but largely changes an opening and closing structure to rotate the opening and closing unit (3) to be in contact with the inner side of the hook body (2) while two-dimensionally lowering the opening and closing unit (3) downwards. So, the connection hook for industrial safety can provide multiple effects such as rapidly reducing manufacturing costs by having the compact size and light weight.
