INDUSTRIAL SAFETY HOOK
The present invention relates to an industrial safety hook, which comprises: a hook body including a hook fixing part that has a hook shape and is formed in an upper portion of the hook body, and a rope fixing hole that is formed in a lower portion of the hook body; an opening and closing lever in which one end is axially fixed to the lower portion of the hook body, and an upper end is maintained in a locked and fixed state to a front end of the hook fixing part by an elastic force; and a safety lever that controls the rotation of the opening and closing lever, wherein the inner surface of the hook fixing part has formed therein, an insertion groove into which an end of a plate is inserted, and the hook body is provided with a plate fixing part that tightly fixes the plate inserted into the insertion groove to the other surface on the opposite side of one surface of the insertion groove.
La présente invention concerne un crochet de sécurité industriel comprenant : un corps de crochet comprenant une partie de fixation de crochet qui présente une forme de crochet et est formée dans une partie supérieure du corps de crochet, et un trou de fixation de corde qui est formé dans une partie inférieure du corps de crochet ; un levier d'ouverture et de fermeture dans lequel une extrémité est fixée axialement à la partie inférieure du corps de crochet, et une extrémité supérieure est maintenue dans un état verrouillé et fixe à une extrémité avant de la partie de fixation de crochet par une force élastique ; et un levier de sécurité qui commande la rotation du levier d'ouverture et de fermeture, la surface intérieure de la partie de fixation de crochet étant formée à l'intérieur de celle-ci, une rainure d'insertion dans laquelle une extrémité d'une plaque est insérée, et le corps de crochet est pourvu d'une partie de fixation de plaque qui fixe étroitement la plaque insérée dans la rainure d'insertion à l'autre surface sur le côté opposé d'une surface de la rainure d'insertion.
본 발명은 산업용 안전후크에 관한 것으로서, 상부에는 후크형상의 후크고정부가 형성되고 하부에는 로프고정공이 형성되는 후크본체와; 상기 후크본체의 하부에 일단부가 축고정되고, 탄성력에 의해 상단부가 상기 후크고정부의 선단부에 걸림고정된 상태로 유지시키는 개폐레버와; 상기 개폐레버의 회동을 제어하는 안전레버;를 포함하고, 상기 후크고정부의 내측면에는 판재의 단부가 삽입되는 삽입홈이 형성되고, 상기 후크본체에는 상기 삽입홈에 삽입된 판재를 상기 삽입홈의 일면의 반대측인 타면에 밀착고정시키는 판재고정부가 구비되는 것이다.
