Earthquake resistant construction structure of composite panel for wall finishing
The present invention relates to an earthquake-proof installation structure for a composite panel for finishing a wall surface, which can quickly and simply perform an attachment operation of a panel bracket with respect to a composite molded aluminum panel and decrease vibration transfer between the composite molded aluminum panel and the panel bracket. Also, the earthquake-proof installation structure for a composite panel for finishing a wall surface has a wall bracket fixing a support to a wall of a building, wherein the wall bracket includes: a horizontal elastic part decreasing horizontal vibration; a vertical elastic part decreasing vertical vibration; and a plurality of compression coils decreasing forward and backward vibration, thereby decreasing transfer of the vibration caused by earthquakes or the like to the support, the coupling bracket, the panel bracket and the composite molded aluminum panel so that an earthquake-proof effect can be increased. In addition, the earthquake-proof installation structure for a composite panel for finishing a wall surface couples the coupling bracket coupled to the support and the panel bracket attached to the composite molded aluminum panel in a sliding manner without using a direct connection type screw nail when the composite molded aluminum panel is installed on the wall of the building, thereby being quickly and simply constructed, minimizing an interval between composite molded aluminum panels when the composite molded aluminum panels are installed, and preventing a fastening member such as the direction connection type screw nail from being exposed to a front surface to maintain the beautiful appearance.
본 발명은 벽면 마감용 복합패널 내진 설치 구조에 관한 것으로, 성형 알루미늄 복합패널에 대한 패널브래킷의 부착 작업을 신속, 간편하게 수행할 수 있고, 성형 알루미늄 복합패널과 패널브래킷 간의 진동 전달을 감쇠시킬 수 있으며, 건축물 벽체에 지지대를 고정하는 벽체브래킷이 좌우방향 진동을 감쇠시키는 좌우방향 탄성부와 상하방향 진동을 감쇠시키는 상하방향 탄성부 및 전후방향진동을 감쇠시키는 복수개의 압축코일스프링을 포함하여 지진 등에 의한 진동이 지지대와 결합브래킷과 패널브래킷 및 성형 알루미늄 복합패널에 전달되는 것을 감쇠시킬 수 있어 내진효과를 높일 수 있고, 성형 알루미늄 복합패널을 건축물 벽체에 설치함에 있어서 직결식 나사못을 사용하지 않고 지지대에 결합되는 결합브래킷과 성형 알루미늄 복합패널에 부착된 패널브래킷을 슬라이딩식으로 결합함으로써 시공이 신속, 간편하게 이루어질 수 있으며, 성형 알루미늄 복합패널을 벽체에 설치하였을 때 성형 알루미늄 복합패널들 사이의 간격을 최소화할 수 있고, 직결식 나사못 등 체결부재가 전면으로 노출되지 않아 외관을 수려하게 유지할 수 있도록 한 것이다.

In addition, the earthquake-proof installation structure for a composite panel for finishing a wall surface couples the coupling bracket coupled to the support and the panel bracket attached to the composite molded aluminum panel in a sliding manner without using a direct connection type screw nail when the composite molded aluminum panel is installed on the wall of the building, thereby being quickly and simply constructed, minimizing an interval between composite molded aluminum panels when the composite molded aluminum panels are installed, and preventing a fastening member such as the direction connection type screw nail from being exposed to a front surface to maintain the beautiful appearance.
