ARTIFICIAL TURF MAT WITH IMPROVED PULLING FORCE USING ECO-FRIENDLY POLYUREA BACK COATING LAYER
The present invention relates to an artificial turf mat with improved drawing force using an eco-friendly polyurea back coating layer. According to the present invention, the artificial turf mat with improved drawing force using an eco-friendly polyurea back coating layer comprises: a support layer (100) having holes (110) formed at regular intervals; a plurality of turf piles (200) implanted on the holes (110) of the support layer (100) and implanted on the holes (110) of the support layer (100) to protrude upward; and a back coating layer (300) formed on a lower portion of the support layer (100) to cover the bottom surface of the support layer (100). The back coating layer is made of a polyurea resin. According to the present invention, the artificial turf mat with improved drawing force using an eco-friendly polyurea back coating layer forms the back coating layer formed on the bottom surface of the artificial turf mat by using a quick-drying polyurea resin to shorten the manufacturing time of the artificial turf mat and improve its durability and drawing force.
본 발명은 친환경 폴리우레아 백코팅층을 이용하여 인발력을 향상시킨 인조잔디매트에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 친환경 폴리우레아 백코팅층을 이용하여 인발력을 향상시킨 인조잔디매트는 일정 간격 이격되어 구멍(110)이 형성된 지지층(100), 상기 지지층(100)의 구멍(110)에 식모되고 상부로 돌출되도록 상기 지지층(100)의 구멍(110)에 식모된 복수의 잔디파일(200) 및 상기 지지층(100)의 바닥면을 덮도록 지지층(100)의 하부에 형성된 백코팅층(300)을 포함하고, 상기 백코팅층(300)은 폴리우레아 수지로 형성된다. 상기한 구성에 의해 본 발명에 따른 친환경 폴리우레아 백코팅층을 이용하여 인발력을 향상시킨 인조잔디매트는 인조잔디매트의 바닥면에 형성되는 백코팅층을 속건성의 폴리우레아 수지를 이용하여 형성함으로써, 인조잔디매트의 제조 시간을 단축할 수 있고 내구성 및 인발력을 향상시킬 수 있다.
