PS method of polyurea coating of precious slag ball for installation of artificial turf
The present invention comprises: a step of washing and treating the surface of PS balls, having a diameter of 0.8-4 mm, and then, sorting the balls; a moisture content measurement step of measuring moisture contained in the PS balls through a moisture content measurement device; a step of applying harmless and eco-friendly acrylic emulsion to the surface of the PS balls, and then, drying the balls at 60-80 degrees Celsius for 20-40 minutes; a step of coating the surface of the PS balls with harmless and eco-friendly polyurea, and then, drying the balls through a drying unit; a step of inspecting the quality of the coated surface of the PS balls and sorting the balls; and a step of packing the PS balls. As such, the present invention is capable of conveniently discharging and purifying water, left in an artificial turf stadium, and maintaining a pleasant condition by using PS balls, which are rounded without angular parts, as fillers for an artificial turf structure.
본 발명은 0.8mm ~ 4mm 크기의 지름을 갖는 PS볼을 세척 및 표면처리 후 선별하는 단계; 상기 선별단계 거친 상기 PS볼을 함수율측정기를 통해 상기 PS볼에 함유된 수분을 측정하는 함수율측정단계; 상기 함수율측정단계에서 선별된 PS볼의 표면에 인체에 무해하고 친환경적인 아크릴에멀젼을 스프레이 또는 디핑방법 중 선택된 어느 하나의 방법으로 도포한 후 건조수단에서 60℃ ~ 80℃의 온도에서 20~40분간 건조하는 단계; 상기 건조단계를 거친 PS볼의 표면에 인체에 무해하고 친환경적인 폴리우레아를 스프레이 방법으로 0.3mm ~ 0.9mm가 되도록 도막한 후 건조수단에서 60℃ ~ 80℃의 온도에서 20~40분간 건조하는 단계; 상기 도막 건조단계를 거친 PS볼의 도막품질검사단계 및 선별단계; 상기 단계를 통해 얻어진 PS볼의 포장단계로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 한다. 이에 의해, 모나지 않게 둥글게 가공된 PS볼을 인조잔디 포설 구조체의 충전재로 사용함으로써, 유해물질 및 비산먼지가 없어 인체 및 자연환경을 저해하는 일이 없으며, 인조잔디 운동장에 고인 물을 쉽게 배수 및 정화하여 쾌적한 한경을 유지하는 이점이 있다. 그리고 본 발명은 PS볼이 모나지 않고 둥글기 때문에 인조잔디 파일사의 파손을 방지하며, PS볼은 자연기온에 녹아내리지 않기 때문에 인조잔디 운동장의 평탄성을 유지시키는 이점이 있다. 또한 본 발명은 PS볼이 마찰에 의한 마모가 발생하지 않고 침착되지 않아 경기력이 향상되며 장기간 사용 가능한 이점과 아울러 인조잔디의 포설 구조체가 단조로워 유지보수가 현저히 줄어들고 관리가 용이하며, PS볼의 자중에 의해 빗물에 유실되지 않으며, 빗물 등에 의해 세척되어 항상 신제품처럼 사용할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
