FRAME FOR INSULATION DOOR
The present invention relates to a frame for an insulation door. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the frame for an insulation door comprises: a main frame unit formed in a longitudinal direction to have a first accommodation groove and a first hanging bump on an external side; at least one insulation unit which is made of a plate-shaped insulation material, and has a first protruding unit and a second hanging bump formed on one side to adhere to the first accommodation groove to rotate, and a first hanging unit and a second accommodation groove formed on the other side to adhere to the first hanging bump; and at least one exterior unit which is formed in a plate shape, and has a second protruding unit formed on one side to adhere to the second accommodation groove to rotate, and a second hanging unit formed on the other side to adhere to the second hanging bump to be fixed. Accordingly, the present invention is able to improve insulation performance of the frame and easily maintain the frame by using a detachable structure.
본 발명은 단열 도어용 프레임에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 단열 도어용 프레임은 길이방향으로 형성되며, 외측에 제1 수용홈과 제1 걸림돌기가 형성되는 본체부와, 판 형상의 단열재 성분으로 형성되며, 일측에 상기 제1 수용홈에 결착하여 회동하는 제1 돌출부와 제2 걸림돌기가 형성되며, 타측에 상기 제1 걸림돌기와 결착하여 고정되는 제1 걸림부와 제2 수용홈이 형성되는 적어도 하나 이상의 단열부와, 판 형상으로 형성되며, 일측에 상기 제2 수용홈에 결착하여 회동하는 제2 돌출부가 형성되고, 타측에 상기 제2 걸림돌기와 결착하여 고정되는 제2 걸림부가 형성되는 적어도 하나 이상의 외장부를 포함한다. 이에 따라, 프레임의 단열성능을 향상시키면서 탈착구조를 이용하여 유지보수가 용이하게 할 수 있다.
