The present invention relates to an insulated door frame. An insulated door frame according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a support portion surrounding the rim of glass; a finishing portion covering a side surface of the support portion; and an insulation portion provided between the support portion and the finishing portion and having a lower heat transfer rate than the heat transfer rates of the support portion and the finishing portion. The support portion includes: a body having one surface facing the rim, and an empty space formed therein; a first protrusion portion protruding toward the finishing portion from one end of the side of the body facing the finishing portion, which faces in a direction in which the one surface faces; and a second protrusion portion protruding toward the finishing portion from the other end of the side of the body, which is the opposite end of the one end. The insulation portion includes: an insulating body spaced apart from the side surface of the body and covering the side surface of the body; a first insulating protrusion portion protruding from the insulating body and surrounding an outer surface of the first protrusion portion; and a second insulating protrusion portion protruding from the insulating body and surrounding an outer surface of the second protruding portion. According to the present invention, the insulated door frame can increase insulation efficiency.
본 발명은 단열 도어 프레임에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따른 단열 도어 프레임은, 유리의 테두리를 감싸는 지지부; 상기 지지부의 측면을 덮는 마감부; 및 상기 지지부 및 상기 마감부보다 낮은 열전달율을 가지고, 상기 지지부 및 상기 마감재의 사이에 제공되는 단열부;를 포함하되, 상기 지지부는, 일면이 상기 테두리를 바라보고, 내부에 빈 공간이 형성되는 몸체; 상기 몸체의 상기 마감부를 바라보는 측면의 상기 일면이 바라보는 방향을 향하는 일단으로부터 상기 마감부를 향해 돌출되는 제1 돌출부; 및 상기 몸체의 상기 측면의 상기 일단의 반대측 끝단인 타단으로부터 상기 마감부를 향해 돌출되는 제2 돌출부;를 포함하고, 상기 단열부는, 상기 몸체의 상기 측면으로부터 이격되고 상기 몸체의 상기 측면을 덮는 단열 몸체; 상기 단열 몸체로부터 돌출되고, 상기 제1 돌출부의 외측면을 감싸는 제1 단열 돌출부; 및 상기 단열 몸체로부터 돌출되고, 상기 제2 돌출부의 외측면을 감싸는 제2 단열 돌출부;를 포함한다.
The present invention relates to an insulated door frame. An insulated door frame according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a support portion surrounding the rim of glass; a finishing portion covering a side surface of the support portion; and an insulation portion provided between the support portion and the finishing portion and having a lower heat transfer rate than the heat transfer rates of the support portion and the finishing portion.
