The present invention relates to a coating type flooring material with excellent water permeating and heat insulating properties and a construction method thereof, wherein the coating type flooring material includes: a floor layer including a concrete layer or an asphalt concrete layer; a primer layer formed on the floor layer and including acrylic resin; an intermediate coating layer formed on the primer layer and including aqueous polyurethane resin, mortar and first heat insulating paint; and an upper coating layer formed on the intermediate coating layer and including the aqueous polyurethane resin and second heat insulating paint. The coating type flooring material has a plurality of water permeating holes penetrating into the upper coating layer from the floor layer.
본 발명은 콘크리트층 또는 아스콘층을 포함하는 바닥층; 상기 바닥층 상에 형성되며, 아크릴 수지를 포함하는 프라이머층; 상기 프라이머층 상에 형성되며, 수성 폴리우레탄 수지, 모르타르 및 제1차열안료를 포함하는 중도층; 및 상기 중도층 상에 형성되며, 유성 폴리우레탄 수지 및 제2차열안료를 포함하는 상도층;을 포함하는 도막형 바닥재로, 상기 도막형 바닥재는 바닥층에서부터 상도층을 관통하는 복수의 투수공이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 투수성 및 차열성을 가진 도막형 바닥재 및 그 시공 방법에 관한 것이다.
