Manhole repair method using road surface cutting and crushing apparatus
According to the present invention, a manhole repairing method using a road surface cutting and crushing device includes: a road surface cutting and crushing step of cutting and crushing a part of a road surface positioned on an outer circumferential surface of a manhole frame by using the road surface cutting and crushing device; a manhole frame lifting step of lifting the manhole frame; a manhole frame fixing step of fixing the lifted manhole frame; and a packing and concrete filling step of installing packing in the manhole frame and filling concrete between the outside of the manhole frame and the cut road surface, wherein the road surface cutting and crushing device includes: a rotating shaft provided at the center of the manhole or the manhole frame on an upper portion of the manhole or in the manhole frame; a fixing part to which a lower end of the rotating shaft is fixedly coupled and which is fixedly installed onto the upper portion of the manhole or into the manhole frame; a rotating support part coupled to an upper portion of the rotating shaft to be rotatable; an expansion support part of which one end is coupled to an outer circumferential surface of the rotating support part; a moving vehicle which is provided to be movable, to which the other end of the expansion support part is coupled, and on which a cutting motor is mounted; and a cutting blade coupled to the rotating shaft of the cutting motor to cut the road surface. The road surface cutting and crushing device can further include a crushing part crushing the road surface between the cutting blade and the outer circumferential surface of the manhole frame at one side of the cutting blade.
본 발명에 따른 노면 절단 및 파쇄 장치를 이용한 맨홀 보수 공법은 맨홀틀 외주면에 위치하는 노면의 일부를 노면 절단 및 파쇄장치를 이용하여 절단 및 파쇄하는 노면절단 및 파쇄 단계, 상기 맨홀틀을 들어올리는 맨홀틀인상단계, 상기 인상된 맨홀틀을 고정하는 맨홀틀고정단계 및 상기 맨홀틀 내부에 패킹을 설치하고, 상기 맨홀틀 외부와 절단된 노면 사이에 콘크리트를 충전하는 패킹 및 콘크리트 충전단계를 포함하되, 상기 노면절단 및 파쇄장치는 맨홀 상부 또는 맨홀틀 내부에서, 상기 맨홀 또는 상기 맨홀틀의 중심에 구비되는 회전축, 상기 회전축의 하단이 고정 결합되고, 상기 맨홀 상부 또는 상기 맨홀틀 내부에 고정 설치되는 고정부, 상기 회전축 상부에 회전 가능하게 결합되는 회전지지부, 일단이 상기 회전지지부의 외주면에 결합되는 신축지지부, 이동 가능하게 구비되되 상기 신축지지부의 타단이 결합되고, 절단모터가 장착되는 이동대차 및 상기 절단모터의 회전축에 결합되어 노면을 절단하는 커팅날을 포함하되, 상기 커팅날의 일측에 상기 커팅날과 상기 맨홀틀 외주면 사이의 노면을 파쇄하는 파쇄부를 더 포함할 수 있다.
