MANHOLE REPAIR ROAD PAVEMENT CUTTING DEVICE AND METHOD USING THE SAME MANHOLE REPAIR
A device to cut a road paving material to repair a manhole of the present invention comprises: a steering unit with a steering wheel; a base unit extended to a front side of the steering unit from the steering unit to be horizontal to the ground; a driving device installed in the base unit; a disc cutting blade positioned on the front side of the base unit, rotating by being connected to the driving device; height adjusting units installed in both sides of the base unit adjusting the height of the base unit; a first cutting blade cover having a semicircular front surface covering around an upper part of the cutting blade; a second cutting blade cover having open top and bottom, covering around a lower part of the cutting blade by being joined to the first cutting blade cover; a shaft connecting unit mounted on the base unit; and a rotary shaft joined to the shaft connecting unit. The present invention is characterized by cutting the road paving material while rotating on the rotary shaft around the manhole by covering a temporary manhole cover with a rotary-shaft connecting unit on the open manhole when repairing the manhole, and joining the rotary-shaft to the rotary shaft connecting unit.
본 발명 맨홀 보수용 도로포장체 커팅장치는 핸들을 갖는 조향부; 상기 조향부로부터 지면에 수평하게 상기 조향부의 전방을 향해 연장된 베이스부; 상기 베이스부 상에 설치된 구동장치; 상기 베이스부의 전방에 위치하고 상기 구동장치와 연결되어 회전되는 원판형 커팅날; 상기 베이스부의 양측에 설치되어 상기 베이스부의 높이를 가변하기 위한 높이조절부들; 상기 커팅날의 상부 주변을 덮는 정면이 반원 형상인 제1 커팅날 덮개; 상면 및 하면이 개방되고 상기 제1 커팅날 덮개에 결합되어 상기 커팅날의 하부 주변을 덮는 제2 커팅날 덮개; 상기 베이스부에 장착된 축연결부; 및 상기 축연결부에 결합되는 회전축을 포함하고, 맨홀 보수시 회전축연결부를 갖는 맨홀임시덮개를 개방된 맨홀에 닫고 상기 회전축을 상기 회전축연결부에 결합하여 상기 회전축을 축으로 상기 맨홀 주변을 돌면서 도로포장체를 커팅하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

본 발명 맨홀 보수용 도로포장체 커팅장치는 핸들을 갖는 조향부; 상기 조향부로부터 지면에 수평하게 상기 조향부의 전방을 향해 연장된 베이스부; 상기 베이스부 상에 설치된 구동장치; 상기 베이스부의 전방에 위치하고 상기 구동장치와 연결되어 회전되는 원판형 커팅날; 상기 베이스부의 양측에 설치되어 상기 베이스부의 높이를 가변하기 위한 높이조절부들; 상기 커팅날의 상부 주변을 덮는 정면이 반원 형상인 제1 커팅날 덮개; 상면 및 하면이 개방되고 상기 제1 커팅날 덮개에 결합되어 상기 커팅날의 하부 주변을 덮는 제2 커팅날 덮개; 상기 베이스부에 장착된 축연결부; 및 상기 축연결부에 결합되는 회전축을 포함하고, 맨홀 보수시 회전축연결부를 갖는 맨홀임시덮개를 개방된 맨홀에 닫고 상기 회전축을 상기 회전축연결부에 결합하여 상기 회전축을 축으로 상기 맨홀 주변을 돌면서 도로포장체를 커팅하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
