Wasted Oil Compressing Apparatus And Storage System Using The Same
The present invention relates to an oil can compression apparatus configured to compress a can left after use of oil, a can storing waste oil, or a waste filter containing oil to recover oil and recycle the oil can such that the recovered oil is stored and reused; and to a waste oil storage system using the same. The compression apparatus comprises: a compression table configured to provide a recessed seating space for seating an oil can to be compressed; a compression head configured to move vertically while installed on a direct upper portion of the compression table, and configured to compress an oil can placed on the compression table; an oil recovery unit configured to recover oil leaking from the oil can during a compression process; a compression activating unit configured to activate the compression head in a vertical direction; a perforation punch protruding downward from the center of the compression head, having a pointed end, and configured to make a hole in the oil can; and a perforation hole which is provided at the center of the compression table and into which the perforation punch is inserted while descending.
본 발명은 오일을 사용하고 남은 캔 또는 폐유를 담은 캔, 오일을 머금고 있는 폐휠터 등을 압착하여 오일을 회수하고 오일캔은 재활용되도록 하며 회수된 오일을 저장하여 다시 활용될 수 있게끔 하는 오일 캔 압착장치 및 이를 이용한 폐유저장시스템에 관한 것이다. 상기 압착장치의 구성은, 압착하고자 하는 오일캔을 안착시킬 수 있는 움푹한 안착공간을 제공하는 압착대; 상기 압착대의 직상부에 설치된 상태에서 상하로 기동하는 것으로서 상기 압착대에 놓인 오일캔을 가압하는 압착헤드; 압착과정에서 상기 오일캔에서 유출되는 오일을 수거하기 위한 오일수거부; 상기 압착헤드를 상하로 기동시키기 위한 압착기동부; 상기 압착헤드의 중앙에 하방향으로 돌출 형성되는 것으로서 끝이 뾰족하게 되어 있음으로써 상기 오일캔에 구멍을 내기 위한 천공펀치; 상기 압착대의 중앙에 마련되는 것으로서, 상기 천공펀치가 하강하면서 삽입되는 펀치공;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
