The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method, which collect industrial waste materials such as urethane waste, glass wool waste or mineral wool waste generated when demolishing a building to be possible to reproduce the same as a construction material, and an insulation panel in accordance therewith. The insulation panel includes polyurethane grain, adhesive, hardeners and flame retarding materials, and further includes equal to or less than 60 wt% of one or more waste of the glass wool and the mineral wool discarded in demolition, reconstruction and new construction processes of the building with respect to the polyurethane.
본 발명은 건물 철거시 발생되는 우레탄 폐기물, 그라스울 폐기물 또는 미네날울 페기물 등의 산업폐자재를 수거하여 이를 건자재로 재생산할 수 있게 하기 위한 장치, 방법 및 그에 따른 단열판재에 관한 것이다. 상기 단열판재의 구성은 폴리우레탄 알갱이, 접착제, 경화제 및 난연재를 포함하며; 건축물의 철거, 재건축 또는 신축과정에서 폐기되어 버려진 그라스울과 미네랄울 중 어느 하나 이상의 폐기물이 상기 폴리우레탄에 대하여 60중량% 이하로 더 포함될 수도 있다.
