The present invention relates to a flame-retardant room temperature hardening type core material for an eco-friendly sandwich panel using waste expanded polystyrene and, more specifically, to a flame-retardant room temperature hardening type core material for an eco-friendly sandwich panel using waste expanded polystyrene, which is improved to reinforce flame-retardant properties of the foamed polystyrene and secure economic feasibility by using a raw material recycled from the waste expanded polystyrene so as to solve a problem of high cost in an existing particle coating method and selecting and combining inorganic materials to maximize incombustible performance so as to improve the flame-retardant properties.
본 발명은 폐스티로폼을 이용한 친환경 샌드위치패널용 난연성 상온경화형 심재에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 기존 입자 코팅 방법의 고비용을 해결하기 위해 폐스티로폼을 재활용한 원재료를 사용하고, 난연성 향상을 위해 불연성능을 극대화시킬 수 있는 무기질 소재의 선택 및 배합 설계를 통해 발포 폴리스티렌의 난연성 강화와 동시에 경제성까지 확보하도록 개선된 폐스티로폼을 이용한 친환경 샌드위치패널용 난연성 상온경화형 심재에 관한 것이다.
